It's the third time I stay here. The accessibility to Haram is so close. The room is so comfortable, and the meal is awesome.

Alhamdulillah, what can I say. It is the best experience I've ever had in Haram Area. The hotel has special elevator to access Masjidil Haram. The breakfast was magnificent. We were offered to upgrade our rooms to enable staying on same floor and end up with 2 rooms with Ka'bah view and 1 room with full Ka'bah view. Alhamdulillah, amazing! Hotel staff is really helpful with check in and check out as well as handling our luggage. In shaa Allah I'll be back!

The rooms are clean, comfortable, still look new and well maintained, there is an extra bed under the mattress, access to the harom is very easy, you can go through the mall or a private lift that connects the hotel to the courtyard. Hopefully you can stay at this hotel again with your children

Strategy hotel, close to the Grand Mosque.

Accomodating staffs and great location!

At first it was annoying because the room availability according to the order was not there and we had to add 300 reals. Finally, after waiting for the room, we were given an extraordinarily beautiful room without having to add anything.

Lokasi hotel yang sangat dekat dengan masjidil haram. Ada lift yang langsung turun keluar pelataran masjid tanpa harus lewat mall.

The hotel is very clean, near to Haram. Breakfast was so so.

The location is good. Have direct lift to exit for going to masjidilharam. Lift to room easy to acces & not mix with others hotel.

Sepatutnya saya tidak akan memberikan komen yang - ve tetapi saya mengalami masalah semasa check in. Pihak hotel menyatakan saya belum membayar booking saya walaupun bayaran saya telah dilakukan. Saya terpaksa melakukan panggilan antara bangsa dengan pihak cs untuk menyelesaikan masalah saya. Pihak cs mengambil masa 3 jam untuk selesaikan perkara ini dengan pihak hotel. Akhirnya pihak hotel membenarkan saya untuk check in. Bilik saya ialah corner kaabah view. Alhamdulillah dapat kaabah view. Bilik luas dan bersih, katil dan bantal so-so. Lokasi hotel dekat dengan dataran Masjidil Haram.

Selain tempatnya yang dekat dengan Masjidil Haram, tidak ada yang spesial di hotel ini, bellboy di depan, petugas di resepsionis, housekeeping, pelayan di resto, tidak ada yang senyum sama sekali. Breakfast di resto paling mewah hanya ayam kari.

Cleanliness is maintained, the breakfast menu has many variants, but there is a receptionist who is not friendly.

The rooms are spacious, clean … the view of the Kaaba is also good.
