The location of the Fraser Suites is excellent for exploring Glasgow. We came in by train and walked to the hotel, used public transport and walked to most sites. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Our room was great, comfortable bed, big bath, kitchenette was nice option and a sitting area. Loved looking to old buildings at the front. We used the gym and laundry which was so convenient. Breakfast had enough of a selection that we had variety over 5 night stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Fraser Suites in Glasgow. The location was convenient to many of the attractions that we visited and close to public transportation. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived in town before check in, but they were happy to store our luggage until the room was ready. We did not eat the breakfast, so I cannot comment on it. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had what we needed for simple dining. The beds were comfortable and large, which can be hard to find. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for cleanliness is that I had a stained pillowcase. I called the reception desk and they took care of it immediately. I felt safe in that area of town. I was afraid it would be noisy, but it was quieter than I expected. We did have some noise, but no more than you would expect in an urban setting. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and I would stay there again.

We had a great stay! Staff was really friendly and the room was clean. The area seems a wee bit sketch at night but nothing bad. We recommend Scotia if you want a true Scottish pub experience. Only complaint is that the staff recommend you park at QPark. However, they don’t tell you that it opens at 6 am. We almost missed our flight over this issue, so I would advise against that lot and just take your chances on the street for early AM departures.

The most comfortable bed we had in all of Scotland. I slept like a dream! Super clean executive 2-bedroom with a great common area for us to enjoy. The breakfast options were much more than shown in the online photo - everything fresh and plentiful. One of our two favorite accommodations on our couples' road trip around Scotland. Personable and accommodating staff. Neat looking out onto historic Tolbooth Steeple.

Hotel is outdated, the walls are dirty, the carpet is old there’s mold in the bathrooms and our room smelled like sour feet and a mix of when you leave the laundry the washer for too long after it’s finished and it gets that mildew smell. Also our room was right above a bar restaurant they were playing loud music until 3am so no sleep at all. I went to the front desk to ask to move room but guess what, the hotel was sold out. Honestly would never stay here again, it looks nice in pictures but when you get there you will be dissatisfied. The rooms are big though. Also no ac and no way to open a window, if you sign it would be loud from the street noise anyway. 2/10 don’t recommend

Dated building but excellent stay - the free washing and drying machines were the best! Beds were super comfy. Definitely, some updating could be done as the carpets and walls were dated, dirty, and painted in spots, but overall, it was a quiet building and comfortable stay close to greocery stores, local sites, and all transportation. Having a two bedroom suite was simply wonderful!

Best part is gym. The room had the worse layout. Big bulky furniture that made it difficult to maneuver. Both my wife and I banged our knees. Bathroom shelf for personal effects forced us to stretch to just get to our stuff. Lighting was bad making it hard to see or read anything. Staff was responsive and friendly. Maid service was responsive. Would not stay there again.
