Friendly staff on arrival and departure. Clean spacious rooms with very comfortable bed. Central location within minutes walk of transport links, shopping and restaurants. Also offers discounted parking within easy walking distance. Will definitely use again.

Great hotel. Parking available , very clean and tidy , modern , big rooms , great location ,staff very helpful and price was really reasonable. Only downside , not that it was a problem , they took a £50 deposit on our room.

Hotel is in an excellent location and offered everything we required for our stay. Bar area was very nice. Room was very clean. Bed was super comfy and room was warm.

A great location near the station and centre of town. The most comfortable bed and bedding possible, good temperature, blackout curtains, great night's sleep. Everything clean and good facilities in room. Helpful team members always available. I did not use the other amenities so can't comment.

Quick check in with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Smart hotel with leisure facilities. Comfortable room although it had a small window. Only con was room was not serviced.

Room was very nice and the staff was very nice. It’s the details and they could make it special. Room was out of soap (didn’t say anything just used what we had), paid for wellness (spa) and it didn’t work the first day, had to ask for some kind of compensation for a service we paid for that didn’t work. Staff and the bar are awesome and not to be missed and I thank them.

It’s a thing with Expedia. They must have pre purchased the cheapest rooms. Shower was just a dribble, honestly the worst I have had. The room was in the 6th floor with zero view And a high window. Nothing said about the so called spa they have. Staff were nice

Easy check in, able to leave bag in hotel prior to checking in, room was spacious, however the bathroom I felt was slightly cramped and the windows did not provide complete protection from the sound outside. Excellent location for staying within the city and the wellness room available is absolutely worth using.

Hotel location excellent. Service good. Room was to warm & air conditioning was problematic. Tv channels didnt work well. Overall though would recommend & stay again. Issues were minimal

We recently stayed at The Address, and while there were some positives to our experience, there were also a few drawbacks. One highlight was that our room was ready early, and we were allowed to check in straight away at no extra cost. This was a huge bonus and made for a very convenient start to our stay. The room itself was clean, well-equipped, the bed was very comfortable. However, the location of our room was less than ideal, as it was directly next to an air conditioning unit outside. The constant noise throughout the night made it difficult to get a good sleep. Breakfast the following morning was disappointing. The food was of poor quality, with limited and unappealing options. It felt like an afterthought and didn’t meet our expectations. That said, the hotel’s location is excellent, which makes it a convenient choice for visiting the area. The late check out time is an added bonus too. While we would consider staying again, we would definitely request a different room away from the noise and would skip the breakfast entirely.

We booked this because it had a sauna. We didn't know we had to book a time for the spa facilities - and it was full. Our fault, but wish we'd have known in advance.

We were looking forward to trying this new hotel but it was not what we expected at all! The entrance was really nice and very cosy, it was toasty coming in from the cold & we were greeted by the staff who were all lovely! We made our way to the room on the 2nd floor but it’s like a maze so it was very confusing & it’s dark. Finally found our room & it was freezing so we put the hot air on but nothing happened & we couldn’t even take our jackets off. I never have the big light on anywhere, but it was so dull and there was no big light then the lamp wasn’t working so it was really dark for trying to get ready to go for dinner. We just didn’t get a good feel in this place at all but we didn’t have time to find anywhere else so we decided to suck it up as it was just 1 night. When I looked out the window, I realised this is the old Park inn by Radisson that they made into an asylum seekers refuge where one person stabbed another 6 and the police shot him dead in one of the rooms. We had stayed in that hotel once, before this incident and really didn’t like it so I would never have booked it had I known but they’ve moved the entrance to Renfield St, I would never have known it was the same building. We stay in many hotels & sometimes it’s not what you expected but it’s fine, this place just didn’t do it for us unfortunately.
