Stayed for a night and it was good. The room was diff from the picture and it’s slightly smaller than expected but overall it was an enjoyable stay. The bathroom was spacious and we got a mini balcony as well. Check in and out was fast and efficient. Recommended.

Location: Only short walk 4 minute from MRT Bendeemer station (even though you come with heavy luggage, after get off from MRT it’s easy access to reach the address by walk) Surrounding with many cafe. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Room: tiny but newly and clean and the bathroom have L’occitane amenities which was great .Breakfast was simple but nice. Sure wanna back again

One of the best boutique hotel in Singapore! Highlight: L’Occitane Amenities that Restock Everyday ❤️ Location near Bendemeer MRT Station, and Bus Stop. Lavender MRT Station is walkable (5 mins). Small but cozy and comfortable. There’s jacuzzi on the rooftop, and Elevator. Definitely recommended and I will back here again next time!

Had a very good stay at Arcadia Hotel. Love the renovated old building. It’s clean, spacious, nicely designed. A good location and it’s quiet too. Excellent service. Eric and the night shift guy are friendly and really really helpful. We definitely will come back!

Came on time during the check-in time. When I was about to enter the room, the cleaner (who doesn't look like a hotel staff because doesn't wear staff-like attributes) came out of the room who seemingly has just repaired or cleaned up the aircon. It seemed like there's a lack of coordination between the receptionist and the staff as I perceived the room wasn't ready. Also, the carpet floor needed to be vacuumed.

You guys should try staying here, it's really the best, even though the room size is not too big, but it's comfortable, clean, the wifi is really fast, the room is tiny but the TV is 50inch, and what makes me feel at home, the amenities are the best guys, the soap is Loccitane, and there's a bidet too. How can I not feel at home, I stayed here for 2 nights. I really felt the cleanliness, the speed of the staff.

The hotel is nice, clean, lots of places to eat around it. The location is also close to MRT and Bus Stop. Next time I go to SG I might stay there again

Clean, the amenities are Loccitane! Haha, it's close to Bendemeer MRT station, it's also close to Lavender MRT station, near the hotel there's a coffee shop Brew & Brain (delicious), there's a Nasi Lemak Wild Coco restaurant, at the end there's 3 Meals a Day, then to Mustafa Center it's only 700m, to Fair Price it's also close, not noisy, okay, great

Spent 2nights 3 days here, very recommended hotel, quiet surprise with room facilities (not too small, biq closet, smart TV, you can access netflix, youtube, etc, refrigerator, cold air conditioner) just 10mns walks from MRT, 2mns walks from bus station

The room has no windows!!!! Anyone who missed out on booking a Deluxe room because the picture has a window, stop! Because the hotel said that rooms with windows are subject to availability only. Of course, when you get there, the staff will say that rooms with windows are not available. You will have to force yourself to sleep in a stuffy, lightless room throughout the trip. The room is not soundproof at all. You can hear noises all night. The common area is dirtier than you would think in a 4-star hotel at the same price. I recommend you go stay somewhere else.
