My husband and I had an enjoyable time at the hotel. Everything was almost perfect! The ambience is nice to relax and recharge ourselves. The kitchenette is perfect cause we get to cook our favourite meals and if we are missing any ingredients we can simply get it from the supermarket at the mall right beside the hotel! Housekeeping request was a breeze especially getting our preferred pillows! The bathroom is love. The bathtub is huge and ample space to place anything along it. And a major appreciation to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash from Malin Goetz! The divider between the bed and the other part of the room was a nice touch to provide that separate space if you have some guest over for a couple of hours. 1 smal down side is some cleanliness issue. That's 1 cause mu husband is OCD. So there were some dust and stain that was not thoroughly cleaned. But overall, highly recommended!

Wonderful experience. We needed a quiet staycation just to get ourselves charged up, and this hotel is tucked at a quiet corner of the island which is really nice. Hassle free for checking in and out. Friendly staff. Plenty to eat at changi city point. And it's just a stone throw from the MRT.

My wife and I had most pleasant stay here. They do offer pregnancy's pillow for preg woman. We ordered one using their chatbot. Delivery over is fast with ease. Great service. 1 issue was there will have sudden crack sound from the window. Hope that can resolve. Luckily, during the night the sound is a bit softer, if not it will affect our sleep. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Indicated that we're spending our anniversary there and had a free upgrade to a deluxe room for 2 nights. Room is clean and very spacious, we could 💃 dance around and cook a nice meal in the room! Love the use of Lola, their chatbot for booking of swimming pool facilities (use their Jacuzzi!) and housekeeping etc. We requested for a top up of shampoo and housekeeping came in 10 mins! There's even a free 4h bicycle rental and we cycled to Jurassic mile and bk. A big shoutout to all the staff at Fraser Changi! They're very friendly and happy to answer any questions we had. Best service in Singapore I had received so far! Thank you for making our stay a memorable one, will definitely be back for more!

Very good location. 1 stop from Changi Airport and next door is the City Center Mall. So many options for food and shopping. Room is very spacious and well-cleaned. Staff are also nice.

Location and the hotel is nice. Just next to Changi Point Mall. Pity that they did not pay attention to bathroom cleanliness, and its services are poor. We checked in at 4pm, but room has not yet ready. Front desk said need 20 mins to be cleaned. We waited in lobby although super tired after 24 hours flight. Room was cozy and looks nice. But the bathroom did not cleaned well. Stain on the toilet organizer and there is a disgusting brush was left behind. The soap dispenser holder quite disgusting, and the vanity mirror was so dusty as they did not clean for long time. And staffs in the concierge were not so helpful by asking too many questions when am asking for just cotton buds. Just wondering why the hotel apps for housekeeping did not include the vanity kits, instead ask me to go to front desk to request for it?

Awesome place. Just 90 m from the mall. The room is clean and cozy but at 1st night at 11pm all light at the room was on without anyone press the button.

We stayed at the studio room, it was clean & spacious. It 's near the MRT station and 1 station away from Changi Airport. Nice location.

Room and the bathroom were very spacious for 2! Loved the facilities and how peaceful it was as well despite it being the June holidays. For the price I paid, it was definitely value for money. 2 minutes walk to Changi City Point. Nothing but glowing reviews for this hotel, however, I just wish the staff manning the front desks could display more enthusiasm when talking to guests. 😅
