It's our second time there and we must say we loved it as always. The staff was kind and gladly get us the 08 series for my boyfiend's birthday! As our stay was during the 2nd phase restrictions, we ordered food. Fairytail restaurant. The food was delicious especially the steak and chicken burger! The staff were kind as well, gave us a larva cake for my bf's birthday! Really love every bit of the hotel! (: Looking forward to our 3rd time there in August!

Appreciate the upgrade to the Executive room. What a lovely and spacious room with modern and minimalist decoration. Lots of lights in de bathroom and de entire room is clean and comfy. We enjoyed our tea time with de beautiful Twining’s teapot set and always aromatic Dilmah tea, along with TBB pastries. What a treat in de comfort of our room. Super worth it and convenient to find good food! Loved it. Cheers!

I would say the price not worth it, no facility, as a 4 start hotel, the room quite small. No kettle in the room, the bed skirting seems like mould.

Nice hotel. Good fragrance when you enter the lobby. Nice front office, Ana. Spacious room with all nice ammenities. The TV already smart TV. Small hotel but worth it. Not to far from Tiong bahru market. Walking distance to Havelock TE line MRT.

I stayed for a night only but the experience was great and I might will book again next time. I didn't expect I got the height window for my room. The room is quite big, I loves the sunlight in the morning …. It was clean, quite, and the location is near bus stop and MRT (you need walk a little). The problem is car park. And lobby for drop off. You should register your plate number to get carpark. There is no lobby in center hotel, it is in basement or side of hotel. Close to vivo mall and chinatown. You can find food in tiong bahru.

We had an upgrade thanks to Niki, celebrated my partner 's birthday in advance and staff were so sweet to surprise us with a slice of cake. We had a few issues with the water heater and the AC. But staff were quick to rectify the issue. There is a parking facility at the basement even though booking app says otherwise. Room was comfy and I could see myself booking it again.

Very spacious rooms. Hotel staff are very polite and helpful. We enjoyed the stay. The only gripe is probably the TV network-all the channels were fuzzy, but that 's not a huge issue for us.

Stayed in a twin sharing room. The room and bathroom are huge! Lots of space to move around. Nice, peaceful hotel. I will stay here again and recommend it to others. 2 issues - Aircon kept having issues and was not cold and the shower stall flooded when showering.

Overall, the room was clean and spacious. It was really bang for one 's buck. And plenty of good food round the corner ranging from Tiong Bahru market to hipster cafes. Plus the staff were helpful and friendly, rendered a homely feel throughout my stay. However, the shower facilities (I. E. Shower handheld) in my room were found to be cracked and we didn't notice that until we felt pain on our limbs and we recalled about it. Please address this issue to prevent it from hurting other travelers.

The hotel is worth the price and good. When we entered the room, the air con was turned on and the room is spacious and clean. Shortly, Saw that the air con controller light was blinking with a fault and the air con was turned off. Called the staff and the serviceman had to come to perform vacuum cleaning in the room directly above the bed and in the toilet. The staff told us upfront that there is already no more available rooms and the hotel is very packed. Was disappointed with the response and seems like the guests comfort is not the outmost priority.

Room were spacious and best the toilet and tub. All was good except the side table were with very bad drinks stain. Informed front desk but said is perm stain, but doible chk is not is sticky drink stain!

The ceiling was moldy and the drawer of the closet was not cleared, a full drawer of items from the previous occupant were still in it.

Firstly this wasn't where I intended to stay as the hotel I chose was still made under Quarantine facility on my chosen dates. However am glad to come across D hotel as a 2nd choice. Check in was at 3pm and check out is at 11am. It would be more nicer if check in could be earlier as it is a small hotel. Speaking of which, loved how that it is not crowded. Reception staffs were also very friendly. Rooms: Amazed by how spacious the room is for a small scale hotel. WiFi is working well. TV however isn't too clear. There is a minibar with free coffee and tea. Bottled mineral water is also provided in the fridge. Ironing boards and iron were also provided in the wardrobe. The vanity area comes with a good sized mirror for us women to make up. Beds and pillows were super comfy! Baby cot were given upon request. No bath tub in the toilet but it's spacious and comes with a view too. Toiletries were also provided. Location: It is situated on a busy road and the soundproofing isn't too good. So you will heard loud vehicles passing by throughout the day and night. But we had a good sleep nonetheless. We had a nice stroll around Tiong Bahru heritage area. Nice for photo taking! Fort canning is also a short drive. Basically it is easy to get to a lot of places if you are driving. Orchard Road is also within minutes drive. Speaking about driving, be prepared to pay as they do not provide complimentary parking as it is reserved for long staying guests. The nearest carpark is just across the road. For the benefit of Muslim travellers, there are no Halal eatery nearby. There is one at the rooftop of the hotel which serves Italian food. We ended up using Grab food delivery for most of our meals. I shall say it is a quite a nice staycation.
