Highly recommended. Friendly and helpful staff. The room is very clean the housekeeping crew did great job. 2 minutes walk to Bencoolen MRT, 10 mins to Bugis X, 10 mins to Chijmes. Will stay at this hotel again for the next visit.

I take family room since I go with my little family including my mother in law. So far the bed room enough for us, there are 2 queen bed inside the room. Room condition were clean and internet connection is very good 👍🏻 I can watching youtube from the LCD TV directly specially for kids song. I don’t need to activate my youtube on my phone again.

Awesome location, just a walk from Bencoolen MRT station. Hotel is brand new. Small but efficient and didn’t feel too tiny. Modern aesthetic and they even provide a loaner phone with data, so you technically don’t even need to spend money on SIM card.

when checking in it is very easy, fast and no deposit. what I like is because it is close to everywhere, right in front of Bencoolen MRT, bus stop, close to Bugis and Orchard, not to mention right next to the hotel is a mosque and a delicious Padang restaurant

Staff was very friendly, the bathroom has bidet and the hotel location is near mosque and a halal food. The sorrounding is also beautiful, near the chijmes, armenia street. A very convinient hotel in downtown singapore

I like Mi Bencoolen Hotel because the location is very close to Bencoolen MRT station and bus shelter to go to my workplace. Around the hotel it is also easy to find 24-hour halal food. The hotel staff service is friendly, helpful and also agile. Hotel rooms with modern design, sufficient lighting, and clean. Free drinking water from the tap in the bathroom. It's just that the room is a little less soundproof from the hallway. Overall I am very satisfied staying at Mi Bencoolen Hotel.

I was staying in Mi Bencoolen for 4 nights in November 2024. I booked standard double room for 2 adults & my 4 years old daughter. The room is small that you cannot open 2 medium luggage at the same time. The music from nearby bar can be heard from our room too. However, the hotel is in perfect location for MRT as it is super close to Bencoolen (dtl line) and Bras Basah. Across the street is food court with lower price than other because Bencoolen surrounded by campus. Which it is perfect as we went to Singapore in rainy season. Super clean, they change our towel everyday.

The hotel and rooms are clean, drinking water is available in each room. The toilet already uses a jet washer. Easy access because it is close to the MRT and Bus lines. Highly recommended.

House keeping team are noisy some times they shouldn't play music while working. As I'm a very light sleeper. I think the front office should keep the house keeping team not start working to close to my room in the mornings.

It's quite good for the view from the balcony, unfortunately when I asked for the room to be cleaned on the second day, they didn't clean it until the third day, the front office name Gisell needs to smile and lil bit friendly like the front office in the morning they are very friendly 😊

The location is close to everywhere, MRT and Shuttle access is close, the room was quite clean when we first arrived, but on the second day we asked for it to be cleaned but it wasn't very clean and the sheets weren't changed, the female receptionist staff were not very friendly and didn't smile, but the male receptionist and the door opener who wore a hat were friendly and smiled. Oh yeah, the room was a bit narrow so it was hard to open 2 large suitcases, but otherwise it was OK
