our stay was good all our request were immediately granted. we had a very comfortable stay here.our room was always clean although our sheets were not changed,our towels soaps and water,everyday was refilled.we were so happy to find a great hotel like this. however we had a hardtime looking for a nearest mrt. there are bus stops if you would prefer to take the bus going to the nearest mrt.. theres 2 mrt neart this hotel you just need to choose which one you wanted but its a bit far but grab and taxi is always around. overall 9/10 👍

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The surrounding situations were not too busy, so we could have a quite nice rest at night. The room was also quite spacious enough compared to any other hotels in Singapore we have stayed in. Easy walking distance to Tiong Bahru MRT station, where you can find MacDonald, Burger King, and Starbucks. If we're going to visit Singapore again, definitely we're going to stay at this hotel.

Don't think too much for booking this place. It's worth! A room's size was proper for 3 person and it had an empty space for place your bag. Moreover, a front officer was so nice, she always smile and help us with kindness. 😄

This hotel are great. I really love it! Check in and out so easy & smooth, room clean and comfortable, housekeeping kind and helpful, food market just 3 minutes away, 3 bus stations nearby. Will definitely stay here again for sure!

Very awful hotel, I arrived at 23.30 pm, nobody standby in receptionist, I wait almost 30 min then the staff come out and he said only 1 person in charge when night. How can a hotel only use 1 person to serve all the guest in night shift? And then the room is very dirty. The carpet many dust and really feel not comfortable when you bring children to stay here. The only positive point is easy to find food when you walk around about 5 mins can get to tiong bahru market food center.

Overall its okay… I'm enjoy, maybe next time I will stay there again. Oh sorry. The light in the hallway is not bright enough. Thank you for the services, when I didn't know the way, I was given directions

The staff is friendly when it was raining and offered to lend us an umbrella. The check-in and check-out process was easy and fast. The location is close to the bus stop and MRT station. There is also a 7-Eleven in the area near the hotel. Right next to the hotel, there is a food court with halal food stalls.

It was a good stay, the hotel has the essentials covered well. Bed is OK, cleanliness also OK. AC good. Love the location, near MRT havelock. However things can be improved: the light in the hall-quite dark it 's a little creepy haha. Also the hot water sometimes take a while to get hot.

I have no complaints other than the cleanliness. The new towel that I got was dirty and there 's a brownish stain. The smell of the room also musty. There 's a brownish stain on the blanket too.
