Of our several visits to Singapore, this has been the most comfortable hotel for us. The location is very strategic, right above the Lavender MRT, there are tons of halal food around the hotel, and there's Fairprice for shopping at relatively affordable prices. Very pleasant and comfortable. The rooms are on the small side and the pillows are high, but the hotel staff is very responsive and kind. Our three nights at V Lavender were very comfortable, and as Indonesians, we felt it was a perfect fit. Many of the staff spoke Indonesian and were very friendly. The location is strategic, close to the MRT and bus stops, and there are lots of food options nearby. You don't even have to worry about getting caught in the rain to get to the MRT. Besttt

This is the first time me and my children go to Singapore without any previous experience. V Lavender Hotel was easiest to find and access without any difficulties. The location is close to the MRT. It is very clean, and the hotel employees are very kind and provide high safety. I’m Muslim. As a Muslim, I found many halal food options around V Lavender Hotel. Also, the location is near a mosque. This is amazing. During my stay at V Lavender, I also went to Legoland. No need to go somewhere far to get transportation to Legoland. I just waited for the bus around V Lavender Hotel to go to Legoland. This is amazing. The facility is perfect and complete. V Lavender hotel is very recommended for staying in Singapore. Check-in was quite fast, and I didn't even have to wait for check-in time. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Perfect for resting. Close to restaurants and transportation.

I always stay here when I come to Singapore, but this time I'm not enjoying it because the check-in staff was like a... The lady's name is Amelithy or something like that. During check-in, she kept me waiting around 10 minutes without smiling and didn't talk to me either, finally told me no room and asked me to wait one more hour. And the skinny guy, the check-in staff, also not very friendly… If the staff is still like this, I don't think I will stay here again.
