Overall, my stay at Value Hotel Thomson was frankly not a enjoyable one. Due to the following reasons which occurred during my 2 night stay: 1. Upon checking in during the afternoon, I was greeted by receptionist staff who started out friendly and polite but gradually became noticeably irritated, annoyed and somewhat rude as the convo progressed when I enquired details about the hotel facilities and services related to my stay. Hence right from the get-go, I honestly did not feel welcomed. 2. On my second day of staying at Value Hotel Thomson, I had called reception and requested for 3 extra clothe hangers to be provided, and I had done so TWICE, to which reception replied both times that they would provide 3 extra clothe hangers, However the reality was No extra clothe hangers were provided which meant they did not care about my request even though they acknowledged it and gave me a false promise, twice in a row, which caused me frustration and annoyance. 3. The room which I stayed in had very thin walls and it was apparent no proper sound-proofing was done for the rooms. I could hear very loud noises from neighbouring rooms as well as along the corridor, where other guests were talking on their phone past 10pm hotel stipulated quiet-time. Granted, the irresponsible actions of other guests may not be the hotel 's fault, however the sound-proofing was not done properly or at all. The hotel may wish to take account of this. The toilet is very small and very cramped, however I could pay more to upgrade my room. Some positive and good points about my stay at Value Hotel Thomson. 1. Very friendly and polite cleaning staff. The cleaning staff who attended to my floor and who made up my room, were very friendly and helpful and greeted me whenever they saw me. They are friendly, professional and get the job done very well. My room was clean and I was satisfied with their work. In total fairness, this praise must be said for them.

Hotel dengan kamar kecil, gak ad meja bed side untuk naruh pritilan gitu, cuma ad meja rias yang sangat kecil jadi kalo naruh makanan, minuman taruhny di lantai. Room, bath room bersih dan room juga di bersihkan saat kita prgi jalan-jalan. Bed gak empuk, gak ad mini bar, kamar tidak kedap suara. Plusnya dekat bus stop, beberapa tempat makan, square mall, kolam renang cuma gak sempat nyobain. Stay 2 kamar 3D2N bersama keluarga. Staff bell boy nya friendly. Overall good hotel for vacation in Singapore. Thank you.
