Central Park Hotel Busan

AC was not working in the room, needed to change rooms but the AC still was not very strong compared to other hotels (could only reach a low temp of ~22 deg c). Hotel only offers cleaning to those who stay 3 or more nights and only upon request. Requested to have room cleaned but the cleaning staff did not and told us they had too many rooms to do.

Great hotel Professional service

Absolutely do not stay at this hotel!! It was dirty, there were multiple holes in the walls which previous guests had obviously stuffed toilet paper into. It was in a bad area. It wasn't near anything convenient. It was not as advertised at all!!! The lights over the sink would switch off while you were still using it. The bed was like sleeping on bricks. We felt very unsafe in our room and around the area. We checked out after one night!!!

Booked 3 nights during Dec 2023 visit to Busan. Stayed for 1 night and had to checked out and forfeit my 2 nights. Unable to get refund for the 2 unused nights.got a room at level 12. The rooms are nowhere near the photos shown in Expedia, Booking or any of the hotel website. The hotel is very old with no updates. Room is run down and there is only one lighting switch control that is near the main door. You can't switch on or off the lights elsewhere in the room. Entry door way light is motion activated and will switched during the night and illuminate the entire room when one walk towards the toilet or door. Toilet lights are timed controlled and will automatically switched off after 5mins. Sheets and towels are dirty, old and stained. Room feel hollow and sound can be hear when people walk, shower or use the toilet one floor above ours. Open concept toilets with WC and shower doors in partially transparent glass and not fully sealed. You can see through, hear or smell if anyone is using the toilet or showers. We have no idea how this hotel can get a rating of over 3/5. Also, I'd you book with breakfast, they provide you a Benton box but you need to come down to pick up to your meal at the lobby. If you are interested in the location, there are many other alternatives around the area. But do not be tempted to book this becos of the price. Nothing good can be said about this hotel and all should avoid if possible. This should be awarded one of the worst hotel in Busan, Korea.

Fair for the price. Parking is a problem if you have a big SUV

Hotel was good it's near metro station around 200m away or something like that. I didn't had any issues in the hotel it was clean and probably fastest check in my life. Just showed passport and got my card they didn't scan it and they didn't say anything so check in was like 10 - 15 seconds long.

My girlfriends and I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at Central Park Hotel Busan. The staff and manager were helpful and friendly. They speak great English and understand English well. They were accommodating. I have a bad back and was very happy their bed had an extra firm mattress. Kudos to the hotel owner(s), management, and staff. I slept very well and was pain-free throughout the night. Keep it up the good work in providing quality mattress! You never know who might need it.

Wide room space. Heated floor.

We stayed in a spacious Deluxe Family Twin (City View) room on the 9th floor. It overlooked to the street below across from the kyochen chicken and the police station. Very safe and close to lots of places to eat. 3 mins walk to the subway station. Sink is outside the toilet and they had a shower as well as a bathtub. Wish there was more storage or place to hang clothes in the shower room.

Great value and centrally located. Easy walk to markets and train stations.

Location is great for the area: * Parking is a car tower only will accommodate mid size vehicles and no full size SUVs. * Access to building with a stroller is limited to the handicap elevator which is slow and time consuming as it needs to be operated by the hotel staff. * Family Room with double and twin bed is tight and does not allow for much space. *Room lighting if interesting as the bathroom sink light is on a timer and will continuously shut off after a few minutes requiring you to go turn it on each time. Very inconvenient. * Bathroom in not fully isolated from the room so you are visible to your family when using toilet or shower area. This is also inconvenient and gives the room a Motel feel. * Costs for the costs of the room there are better options in the area that would be suitable for a family stay.

Poor security - access card has hotel name and room number on it. If you lose the card, anyone can will know which hotel and room you're staying at. One lift also doesn't require a card swipe to use. There's no Do Not Disturb signage available for the rooms so cleaning staff will not know. Heating is centrally controlled and the A/C will be switched off by staff in the middle of the night. Highlight is that room is clean and check-in and checkout process is smooth. Hotel is also very close to Nampo station.

Hotel is located near Jung-Gu area close to main Jalgachi fish market, Lotte Mall, Biff Square, and Busan train station so the location was great. We had 4 people with 2 double beds so the room was small and the beds were hard but sleepable. Had to figure out the light system controlled by a central panel. Not a lot of room to place your luggage so we had to use all the counter space. Nearby many restaurants and shipping.

Clean and big room but no bath front sink and shower curtain that gonna make bathroom getting wet.

A good choice for those who travel with family. Nearby bus stop and subway station. You can also go to Lotte Mart which is only 5 mins walking from the hotel and enjoy the city view from the observatory.

Location was great. Within walking distance to Jagalchi market and BIFF. 5min drive to Busan station.

I booked delux triple and standard double room. Hotel staff arrange us to be in same floor. The rooms seem newly renovated. Very huge room and I like the hard beds and the shower and toilet is separated. Overall very clean and nice hotel. The coridoors lights not fully working and my Mom can't see clearly. There should have some rack inside shower area to put our clothes so we can wear them after shower. There is no space even to hang towel. Whole room only has a small dustbin, should place one more inside toilet. Will stay there again if we will to visit Busan again. It is within walking distance to BIFF and train Nampo station.

Ideal location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Subway station is nearby. Highly recommended.
