建物全体の雰囲気が素敵で、リゾート感満載です。広くて多様なプールがあり、子どもは毎日水遊びをしていました。大人しか入れないインフィニティプールもあります。ホテルの食事の選択肢が少ないので、ホテル外に出る場合は食べてから帰ってくるのがおすすめです。ホテルからウォルジョンリ海水浴場まではタクシーで往復6000円くらいでした(海水浴場では現金しか使えないので準備必須です)。空港からはシャトルバスが往復しています。

호텔 자체는 매우 만족스러웠습니다 워낙 커서인지 레스토랑과 수영장 간의 거리가 너무 멀었습니다 아침 조식과 점심 그리고 저녁 석식 모두 만족스러웠습니다

The best thing about the property is the rooms are cozy and nice. Theres no free chairs at the small pool where half of the pools are 3 feet or less. Foods are mediocre at best, Service from restaurant is horrible, Rude and no manners. Unless you speak perfect Korean or Chinese , I would recommend you go somewhere in Jungmun Area, where staffs are able to speak English and have hospitality mind. Worst experience from the property with 5 stars.

5성급이라기에는 잔반적으로 수준 떨어진다고 생각. 편의시설 부족, 직원들 친절도 대응자세등. 일부룸은 화장실 샤워실 문 투명해서 다 비침. 전체 샤워실문 있으나 안잠김. 프론트에 문의해보니 누구는 원래 그렇다하고 누구는 예전에 사고가 있어서 그렇다하고...전반작으로 고객 소중한 줄 모르는 느낌 강하게 받았습니다

5성급이라고 다른 5성급과같은 서비스를 기대하면 안되요... 직원들의 응대나 시설의 체계면에서 허술한점이 많습니다.. 4인가족이 묵었는데 수건이나 슬리퍼등 기본 세팅은 인원수보다 부족해서 요청해야만했고 전반적인 직원수가 부족해보이고 친절도가 떨어졌습니다. 수영장 입장시 투숙객임을 제대로 확인하지 않아 안전에 우려가 되었고 수영장내에 선베드는 모두 유료로 투숙객에 대한 배려가 부족해보였습니다. 풀사이드바 내 음식도 가격대비 재료가 좋아보이지 않았지만 맛은 나쁘지않았습니다. 수영장의 호수뷰는 좋았고 수영장이 넓어 아이들이 놀기엔 쾌적했습니다. 4성급의 서비스를기대하고 그정도 가격대라면 갈만할것같은데 두번찾지는 않을것같네요

숙소 상태는 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 단, 저희가 선택한 방 타입이 한쪽 끝에 있어서 이동거리가 멀어서 조금 불편했습니다. 그리고, 수영장까지의 거리가 멀어 저녁에 이용하기에는 불편한 측면이 있었습니다. 그 외에는 모두 만족스럽습니다.

에코랜드는 애들만 가는 곳인줄 알고 별로일꺼란 선입견이 있었는데, 이번에 숙박하고 나서 이렇게 훌륭한 호텔이 제주에도 있었구나 라고 새삼 느꼈습다. 풀장도 온수풀이라 너무 좋아 약간 쌀쌀했지만 마치 노천온천에 온 것인줄 알았어요. 진짜진짜 강추, 다시 오고 싶은 5성급호텔이였습니다.

레이크호수동 뷰는 좋았습니다.렌트카 없이 호텔에서만 시간을 보낼 계획이었는데 레스토랑도 너무 미흡하고 객실 냉장고에는 물3개 뿐이고 5성급이 맞나 싶었어요ㅠㅠ 수영장은 크고 좋아요. 수영 하기에는 온수지만 물이 미지근해서 추웠어요. 2박 룸에서 꼼짝도 못하고 잘쉬었다 왔어요^^

호텔 시설 자체는 좋으나 프론트 직원의 응대가 매우 불쾌했음 체크인 시에 직원의 계산 실수로 두번이나 결제를 다시 하게 만들었고 객실에 키를 놔두고 나오는 바람에 프론트 방문했을 때는 직원 표정이 완전 일그러지는게 보일 정도로 매우 불친절했음. 그외에 수영장이라던가 레스토랑 등은 만족하며 이용했음
