This hotel complex is large with great views of the city. The staff speaks wonderful English and are determined to make everything operate smoothly. For me, the closeness to the enormous train station was the biggest blessing.

It is located in the heart of city. Very good for public transit including the Express train from Incheon Airport and also shopping at Namdaemoon market and Lotte Outlet Mall. However the room was a little bit smaller than I expected and the city view was pretty nothing special.

The staff was very friendly and accommodated to all of my needs! They made sure I was well taken care of. I would like to stay here again, whenever I come back to Seoul!
