Amazing hotel on the beach at Haeundae. Room had partial ocean view, clean and spacious. Wished that the windows would open to enjoy the air outside. Room was a bit warm, temperature in the room did not change even though the setting was low. Other than that, it was an awesome stay!

The hotel has a serious problem with elevators. It has a few small elevators, so it takes 20 minutes to get on an elevator. I waited so long but the elevators are full so I had to wait long time, which made me stay in the room and check out next day ASAP.

Wonderful hotel stay. Ocean view room was clean, comfortable, nicely furnished and had a great view. The sunsrise on our last day was worth getting up early for. The staff here were outstanding. Eddy did a great job helping us and even the people looking after our suitcases were extra friendly and called us a taxi and had our luggage in the car before we got outside. Best hotel in South Korea! Loved our stay. Hotel breakfast was good too.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. To begin our stay, we were proactively upgraded to a room with the most amazing ocean view, from floor to ceiling. The hotel has incredible attention for details, and high end finishes. From the marble couters, shower and bath combo with shower theee ways, the room exceeded all of our expectations. The service was attentive and proactively helpful. The outdoor swimming pool has incredible views of the Haeundae beach. The location is perfect, as the hotel seats right on the beach, and still beingnclose to many restaurants as well as the subway station. Could not recommend a better hotel for a luxurious stay in Hauendae.
