Very good breakfast and kind service

Enjoyed my stay here during my brief trip to Gwangju. It’s a 15 minute walk from the subway station and the room was clean and modern. Hotel breakfast was good too.

Nice buffet breakfast, everything was great except for our TV remote had an issue with changing channels. It wouldn't respond or was very laggy. Also, I didn't like how the LCD control panel display for the lights stayed illuminated all night, both the main one and the one by the nightstand. I was able to block the nightstand one with a card holder, but I could do nothing about the main one.

I really liked how close this hotel was to restaurants and convenience stores. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable and very private. I appreciated how polite and kind the staff was and how patient they were with me.

The hotel is conveniently located in the area where you can easily reach the convention center and other service facilities. The best thing is the free breakfast. They provide the fresh salad, milk, orange juice, cereals, rice, kimchi, soup, currey, and many more. The room was clean and big. It has the bath tub as well. The bed was wide and big, but very firm like a wood. It was ok for me. The view from the room was not great and there were some noise during day time from nearby construction site, but these are negligible considering the other good points (full breakfast, wide room, etc). I stayed for four days at this hotel and it gave me a great comfort and relaxation. Will choose this hotel again if I have to visit the KimDaeJoong convention center or the nearby area again. Highly recommended.

Super under-rated hotel. Great central location and the breakfast was good.. but the staff at breakfast were very kind.

Very large room with couch, desk and small fridge, which was comfortable for the 8 nights we spent in Gwangju. There was breakfast provided each morning in a large dining room, making a great start to the day. Staff was very helpful in arranging taxis regularly for our comings and goings. Despite the fact that there is an active bar and nightlife scene nearby, it was extremely quiet in the hotel.

Room is very spacious for 2. As it was meant to be a business hotel, there's even an LG trommer washing machine in the room. The hotel staffs are all very helpful as well. And they serve decent breakfast as well. Highly recommended if you intend to visit Gwangju.

Very clean, lovely big rooms - well-laid out and very practical and comfortable. The room had a jet bath and a washing machine! Well-located.

Nice location, a lot of restaurants near by. Room is clean. Service is good. Breakfast is tasty and healthy. There is a cleaning machine in the room. Don't know how to use it as there is no English menu.

Room space is big enough and staff are kind. Car valet parking is really convenient and good in winter.

I enjoyed this hotel, especially after I figured out how to control the A/C in the room. I got the Deluxe Double with Jetted Tub. I think the Tub may have been leaking somewhere, but the bathroom didn't flood (since there is a pipe connected to the floor. I also liked that the there was a separate shower space, so if you didn't want to take a bath, you could just shower instead. The bed was kind of hard, but that's totally the norm in Korean hotels, so I'm not going to complain about that. They have a dryer/cloth shaker machine(?) in the room, which was very helpful getting wrinkles out, and for doing quick washes in the room. The breakfast was very nice (we got the free breakfast option); not a lot of items, but they don't use additives, and everything tasted delicious. My mom is a very picky eater, and she loved the breakfast the entire time we were there. We really appreciated the free local phone service, as we needed to talk to a lot of people while we were there. Even after checking out, when we needed some help getting elsewhere or having to contact people, the front desk was very courteous and helpful. I don't know how well they speak English (probably not very well), but they do have Chinese workers at the hotel, so if you're Chinese, you'll have less problems with that. We definitely will return to this hotel when we come back to Gwangju. I hope your service never wanes!

Hotel B is fairly friendly for touring guests. The staff speaks little english but they try their best to accommodate and help you. Overall, it is clean and well maintained. You do need to be specific about your necessities, eg: extra towels. I really liked the "Styler" machines in the room that steams and refreshes your clothes after traveling long hours. The neighborhood is SANGMOO which is very popular for nightlife so it's not ideal to stay with children.
