The stay was really good, the room is comfy and the view is quite nice. If you are staying here...
1 tip: We couldn't do late check out because they said it was packed so we should've asked it in advance.
2. When we arrived they gave us a distrustful look and called my phone to check if I was the person that made the reservation.
We are gyopos, so I don't know if this was a good or bad thing for them to do, but it did feel somewhat uncomfortable. Never happened before in other places.
3. The bed is a little hard, kind of korean style, so be aware of that.
4. Elevators take forever to arrive.
*** The place is clean and nice though.. nice location.

패밀리 오션 스위트 5인 가족 이용했는데 숙소는 깨끗해서 가족들 만족도는 높았고 바다뷰에 속초해변도 10분 거리라 산책로 이용에도 좋았습니다. 프론트도 친절했습니다~

대체로 깔끔하고 가족이 편히 쉬기 너무 좋은데 엘리베이터가 부족한듯 해요 사람들 몰릴때는 10~20분은 기본이고 엘베가 와도 만원이라 탈수도 없는 불편함이 있었어요 그래서 주차장에 차를 놓고 로비로 내려와서 타고 올라갔다는....(중간층에서 타는게 힘듦)

룸컨디션, 위치 너무 좋아요~~ 도보로 해수욕장 10분정도 걸리고 가는 중에 골목골목 숨겨진 맛집들이 많더라구요!!! 유일한 단점은 엘리베이터ㅠㅠ 8층이라 여차하면 걸어 내려갔는데 좀 힘들었어요!!! 이거 빼고는 가격대비 만족입니다

1. 빙안에 큰 테이블이 있어서 좋았습니다.
2. 냉장고가 커서 편했습니다.(냉장/냉동)
3. 세탁기도 있어 필요시 빨래가 가능하고
4. 끝방을 주셔서 테라스가 두개인 부분이 좋았습니다.
테라스가 두개라 바다뷰도 조금보이고 시내뷰까지 감상이 가능하였습니다.

청소상태가 너무 아쉬웠어요. 보이는 곳만 청소하시는지 테이블 쓸려고 밖으로 빼니까 테이블 있던 쪽 바닥에 머리카락을 비롯한 체모들이 엄청 많더라고요;; 기분이 너무 안좋았지만 하루 묵는거라 그냥 쓰고 나왔습니다.
피트니스 시설을 비롯한 편의시설 대부분이 공사중이라 이용할 수 있는 부분이 거의 없는 점도 아쉬웠습니다.

위치나 룸컨디션, 전망 모두 좋았습니다.
걱정했던 앨리베이터 사용은 역시 조금 불편했어요.
그래도 혼잡시간 살짝 피하고 요령 생기니 참을만 했어요.
22층 객실이라 뷰가 너무 좋고, 끝 쪽 방이라 테라스도 두개여서 더욱 좋았던 것 같아요.
다음에도 또 이용할게요
