잘 관리된 곳입니다. 넓고 조용하고 편리했습니다. 조식부페가 아주 맛났습니다. 추어탕, 비빕밥 등 지역특별 음식이 있어서 좋았습니다. 오래된 곳인듯 하지만 연식으로 더 편안했습니다.

연식은 오래되었지만 깨끗하게 청소가 잘되어있어서 편안히 잘 지내고왔습니다^^ 도보거리에 춘향테마파크, 광한루원도 있어서 구경하기가 좋습니다. 리버뷰 객실에서보니 야경도 이쁘고, 분수쇼도 바로 볼수있어서 좋았습니다. 특히 아이들 수영장이 무료고, 어린 아이들이 놀수있게 얕은 물도 있어서 너무 너무 좋았어요~~~
모든 직원분들이 다 친절하세요^^

Extremely outdated hotel/resort -- hallways, room floors, walls, bathrooms, and old-style steel office doors for the hotel rooms. Also, there is a distinct fragrance on each floor that reminds you - old building. If you just need any place to stay for a night, it's ok. You can get a large suite room at a good price off-season.

방2개인 점은 좋았으나, 숙소 내부가 전체적으로 워낙 낡아서 리모델링이 필요할 듯 싶음.
위치는 아주 좋음.
(그리고 주차도 2대 이상은 안됨. 1대만 리조트내 주차가능하고, 나머지는 다른 곳에 해야 함. 아쉬운 부분이나, 전체적으로 주차공간이 부족해서 그런듯해서 이해함.)

리셉션니스트가 호텔 체크인과 동시에 걸려온 온 영업 전화를 동시에 해야해서 체크인 하는데 오래 기다려야 했음. 조식뷔페는 종류는 많았지만 맛도 없고 관리도 안돼, 차가운 상태로 국을 먹어야 했음.

오래된 콘도를 일부 리모델링한 곳으로 가성비는 괜찮다. 남원 주병 관광지와도 가깝고 조용하다. 다만 일부 리모델링하여 객실은 호텔로 생각하면 안되고 중간급 콘도를 생각하면 된다. 다만 가성비를 생각한다면 나쁘지는 않다.
