It was self check in and out so no staff involved

Was genuinely sweet, rooms clean and modern. Nice bathroom and good location near the airport and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Also nice sea view. For less than £30 a night you cannot complain!

The property is running almost by self service base which I believe this is why they can offer great value for money. It is good place to stay before your too early/late air plane schedule. Near the hotel, there are multiple dinning options and small walk

Auto check in. Difficult for foreigners. Says shuttle to airport but only two times in the morning and NOT on Sunday.

Should be better professional front desk service.

The room was clean and had good amenities. However, it was entirely too small. It felt like being in a prison cell.

The hotel was nice and clean. However, our flight left early in the morning and there was no one at the front desk to assist with only Korean speaking taxi drivers. There was no one to give us guidance on where the taxis would park either so if you have a very early flight and don’t speak Korean I would not pick this hotel. Not manned 24 hours. Let the hotel know if you are checking in late because there will be no one at the front desk or anywhere for that matter to help you

Rented 3 rooms here for one night due to airline problems. Very clean, safe hotel which was close to many food options. If you’ve stated here before, you would know “what to do”. The hotel attempts to be fully automated with no human staff support at registration. There is a checkin kiosk where you need to know to only enter your last name (not full name), to find your registration (it took use some time to figure this out, and several others during the night also had problems - I helped 2 other guests figure it out later that evening). The room itself had no info on how to connect to WiFi - every room had a router but no info on password, or router name; was never able to connect; TV also had same problems - after 1hr it defaulted to a warning screen and no info on how to resolve, so no TV for rest of stay). If you speak Korean it would have been easier / but if not, it was a major challenge). Hotel is very clean and safe; room had small kitchen space and many closets; I liked the setup and it was efficient. However if you had problems there was no way to get any help.

small room, although it was excellent that it had a washing machine. Very nice view of the bay. Very expensive restaurant for breakfast. No English service at the front desk.

部屋は綺麗で広くて気に入りました！ ただ、セルフチェックインだったので、ホテルの仕様が3日目まで分からず、ベットメイキングしてもらえずな日々でした、、、バスタオルだけ変えて欲しいことを伝えても夜だったためか、翌日言って欲しいと言われてしまい、同じタオルを使いました。 また、ベットメイキングがないためミネラルウォーターの補充もしてもらえずでした。 スリッパのソールが剥がれていて歩きづらいものがありました。 設備自体はいいのですが、困った時にフロントにスタッフがいないため、電話をかけなくてはならず、外国人からするとすぐに対応してもらえない点が不便だと感じました。 最寄りの駅からは遠いのが心配でしたが、駅にはタクシー乗り場があったり、駅に向かう時にも意外とタクシーをつかまえられたりしたので、すごく不便とは思わなかったのですが、毎日ソウル方面へ遊びに行きたい方にはあまりおすすめはできないかもです。 アメニティはほぼないです。固形石鹸ではなく、ハンドソープがあると嬉しいです。

수건이 너무 적어서 더 받고 싶어 연락을 취하였으나 직원과 연결이 안 되어 받을 수 없어 불편했습니다. 룸은 꽤 청결하고 킹베드 정말 넓어 좋았어요. 주차는 공영주차장과 주변 도로 이용했습니다. 체크인이 키오스크라 편해요. 룸카드 하나만 주는게 아쉽습니다.

레지던스라서 냉장고 크고 간단히 조리가능하고 세탁기도 있어요.제일 좋았던건 신발 벗고 들어가는 구조라서 편리했고 욕실도 깨끗했어요. 조용하게 잘 머물다가요

방 상태가 정말 엉망입니다. 전에 사용했던 사람 양말이 남아있지를 않나, 바닥 먼지도 제대로 청소가 안 된 느낌입니다. 13층 바가 아주 편하고 좋은 거 이외에 별 세개도 주기 아깝습니다. 주차장 일부러 못 쓰게 하는 것도 어이없고요

상당히 깨끗하고 근처 먹거리도 풍부합니다

주변에 넓은 무료주차장이있어서 주차편하고 도보로 맛집이랑 커피숍많은게좋네요 룸컨디션도 훌륭하고 편했습니다

아주 만족하고 청결했습니다

룸이 생각보다도 훨넓어서 이용하기 편했습니다 청소상태도좋았고 주변에 편의시설이잘되어있어 가성비 훌륭한 곳입니다
