we went there with 3 adults and 3 children. It was a fantastic hotel. The location is near the beach, the environment is a perfect resort for the family. Earlier we thought that we have paid for room that comes with breakfast. But the person in charged said that no rooms come with breakfast. I must have read wrongly somewhere, so please double check when you do booking. other than that. The family will be staying in this hotel again in our next visit. For those considering renting a car, you must. It is safe to drive in Jeju, the korean drivers are incredibly patient. Please make sure the given GPS in english or whatever languages you have asked for is able to recognise telephone numbers, ours cant, it gave us a very hard time to locate the places of attraction and hotel.

가성비 좋았어요. 함덕 해수욕장도 도보로 갈수있고. 시설이 좀 옛날거 같았고 난방이 중앙조절인지 더워서 잘때 좀더웠어요. 직원들은 친절했습니다.

전반적으로 리모델링이 필요한 듯 합니다 이름있는 리조트라 믿고 예약했는데 너무 낡아서 실망했어요 무엇보다 에어콘에 곰팡이가 잔뜩 있어 켤 때마다 기분 나쁜 냄새가 나서 불쾌했읍니다

We were disappointed with the 3 nights' stay. There was no house keeping at all. I had to wash the toilet, sweep the floor and empty the rubbish bins. Out of 5 coin washing machines, 2 to 3 were not working. Long queue to wash up the clothings in the late night. No bath towels provided at all.

The hotel was in an isolated area far from attractions, The work out room, and sauna was tied together so you had to be nude in there to even work out. The staff did not speak English which was very hard to communicate. As the occupant you have to pay for extra towel, and you are only entitled to one television channel...

너무 덥고 습한데 에어컨이 일정시간이 되면 작동하지 않았어요. 중앙제어로 관리하시는건지 모르겠지만 몇번을 켜도 자동으로 꺼지고 이런 경험은 처음이었습니다. 덥고 습하니 짜증나고 기분이 좋지않았습니다. 이번 숙박이 처음이 아닌데 매우 아쉬웠습니다.

시설이 노후화된 감은 있었지만 대체적으로 깔끔하고 잘쉬었습니다 다만 4인가족이 머물기에 기본 제공되는 수건의 양이 너무 작았습니다. 패밀리룸 기본수건이 4장인듯한데 인원수에 따라 무료 추가 제공이 되면 더 좋을거 같아요
