Uni Hotel Jeju

Got free upgraded to the ocean view, facilities are new and clean, staffs are friendly and helpful.

Excellent location. Clean. Great breakfast. Only certain rooms had pools; rather misleading advertising. The hotel ad gave the impression that the hotel came with a pool.

The most beautiful hotel in Aewol in Jeju Island

The actual condition was not as impressive as the pictures shown. However, the room is clean and for the price paid, it is value for money. Room size is good.

The location and view is amazing. But the cleanliness is quite unsatisfied; we stayed for 7 nights but they don’t change the bed sheets until you request, that red spot I noticed has taken picture(below) on day 1 and day 3. And then I found some hairs on the towel, and some old clothes from previous guest inside the locker(which my dad took it out). The service is pretty nice but there are a lot of things we asked that either they don’t understand or they don’t have, especially they can’t control the AC since it’s central system and they have heat floor, so it was hot for us to sleep at night, we asked if we could turn off the heat or anything helps to reduce the heat, but they didn’t really do much… So in general it was just okay, I mean the staffs are nice just hard to communicate in english, and the cleanliness was the biggest issue to me.

The hotel staff was amazing. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful in every way. We loved the hotels location and the room was comfortable. The only issue was the bathroom was not fully cleaned. There was mold in the shower and on the walls. Overall, enjoyed the stay at the hotel.

For a 4-star hotel, it was a bit disappointing. I stayed on the second floor and the room was very spacious. View of the ocean was also great. However, the bathroom was disappointing. Shower consisted of walk-in shower with the shower head mounted about 4 feet high, making it difficult to use as a standing shower. The shower door also did not close all the way, allowing water to overflow onto the rest of the bathroom floor every time I showered. Compared to how nice and beautiful both the lobby and elevators were, I had wished they would have spent a bit more attention to detail to the individual rooms the guests will be actually staying in. Overall, the quality of my stay was okay.

It is generally ok. it is beside coast. The reception is fine. Common areas are a bit old and it is not convenient to public transportation.

Not a bad hotel but a lot of things such as how pool access was exclusive to certain rooms was not explained well, leaving us feeling like we got ripped off in a lot of instances. On top of that, Aewol is far from a lot of places and the closest bus stop is 15 minutes away by walking, which doesn’t sound too bad until you actually have to walk that distance uphill in the Jeju sun. Nice hotel, but I wouldn’t stay there again unless I had a car and splurged for a more premium room. Other than that, rooms were very nice, the restaurant is fantastic, and it’s a good hotel overall.

Even though the room was well cleaned, the property was old and it had dirty marks on the curtains and walls. The pool water was filthy so we couldn't swim in it at all. There was the sound of water coming down in the pipes which kept me up all night. It wasn't worth the money I paid....

Everything was good, but there was no shelf in the shower room.

Nice suite with heated pool. Close to food and while in shore not close to a beach. If no suite is booked there is no other facility in hotel for kids.

The hotel is very new and clean. It is located in quite beach side. You will have wonderful Jeju vacation with a rent car.

The place was nice and lovely. The staff was very helpful and friendly to find places to eat. The room was nice and clean. The room was spacious (Korea standard!). Property is well maintained. Nice view on the ocean. You however need a car to get to anywhere.

This hotel is worth the value. More lighting could be installed in the bathroom
