Very clean :)

I must admit I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I booked this hotel as a 1 night holdover while waiting for a very early flight the following morning and for a £55 fee I was not expecting much. When I arrived at the hotel the outside was nothing much to look at and initially gave me the impression my first thoughts were correct, this all changed when I got into the room. The room included a mini kitchen area, a sitting area and a double bed, all really nicely laid out and maintained. The bathroom included a shower and a "japanese style" toilet, with all of the functions those include. Not satisfied with including an amazing room for a cheap price, the hotel also provided a free morning sandwich to start your day, all you need to do is hang a cooler bag (provided) on your door for the morning and a sandwich will be provided for you. I did not think I would get one as I was leaving the hotel before 5am, but seeing the receptionist in the morning, he noted I had not ordered one and gave me one anyway! completely free! This was better than a lot of the hotels in the UK and at considerably lower price. Amazing experience

Location is ideal. Property is well maintained and cozy. Though rooms are small but they're cozy. The washing machines needs upgrading though. A few machines were inoperable during our stay. Instructions in English would be most welcome. Check-in and out was seamless.

The rooms were decent but the service was truly lacking. Every service staff we interacted with had an attitude.

No city view, only alley view. Front desk reception definitely didn't make us feel welcome.

Friendly staff and nice laundry facilities

rates are reasonable. place is clean and modern. Staff speaks english and is helpful. The sandwich provided each morning is great. Free laundry is great. overall a great stay and will stay there again if I ever visit Jeju again.

Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and size is spacious. Location wise there’s a mini mart just beside the hotel, we didn’t explore but around the hotel there’s some restaurants. It’s also near the airport. Like the sandwich that they give every morning. If you drive, parking will be a problem if their own parking lots is fulled. You will have to park elsewhere and can be up to around 8-10 mins walk. There’s just 1 day when we came back think the house keeper didn’t close our door properly so it’s like kinda left open but we check nothing was missing so that’s one thing they need to be careful about.

Hotel very close to the airport but very far from any transit. They have valet and parking which is very nice. They had complimentary sandwich for breakfast which was nice. They had only one elevator which was a big no, cuz there were 12 floors. I had to walk stairs multiple times. The place was ok sized, clean and relatively new.

Lots of cars, but keep in mind it is not easy to get any taxis or Uber around 6-8 to the airport especially you have lots of luggages

Room is clean. Staff are really nice and everyone speaks English. Also has free laundry and breakfast sandwiches, which was a cherry on top.

Great location that is close to the airport but also the main shopping areas. The bed was comfortable and I especially loved the complimentary breakfast :) The only thing the bedroom needed is a mirror outside of the bathroom. But otherwise I really enjoyed my stay!

Comfortable, clean and friendly staff

The two bedroom two bathroom suite was compact but clean and modern and had everything you could need.

Reserved the 2 bedroom ocean panoramic view suite. Was on the 12th floor and the view was great. No complaints about the room, cleanliness, water pressure/temperature, comfortable bed, etc, were all fine. The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly retrieving our car or calling a taxi for us. Would definitely recommend.

I booked 3 rooms with sea view but can’t see the sea. I paid more fur sea view but it’s a scam by advertising sea view. I want to warn others not to be tricked by them. This property in right on the main road not far from the airport and not by the sea.
