The following fees and deposits are charged by the property at time of service, check-in, or check-out.

The check-in location differs from the property location. To check in, go to Carrer Consell de Cent 432, from 2-7 PM To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 72 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours will receive an email with check-in instructions and key retrieval information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Check-in is available directly at the apartment. The property will provide access codes to guests who have prepaid for their stay and provided the following information in advance via email: names of each guest age 14 and older, birthdates, and passport numbers. Guests who have not provided ID in advance or if full payment has not been made at time of booking must go to the office, located at Carrer Consell de Cent 432, open 9 AM-7 PM on weekdays or 9 AM-1 PM on weekends. This property is located in the city's Low Emission Zone; only low-emission vehicles are permitted to enter. Guests with non-Spanish license plates must register their vehicle with the city in advance.
