Nice place to stay for a night or two while in the area. Very friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet that's local and always fresh.

This hotel is uphill from the station, but manageable even with a suitcase. It is a few steps from a fabulous bakery and cafe and 20 metres to the Monastery. There are also a few restaurants close by. Perfect location. Rooms are small but good enough. The "air conditioning" is heating not cooling! There is a luggage storage room if you get here earlier than check in time. Staff are very obliging.

Hotel is very basic, it would be great if it can supply a kettle so we can make tea or coffee of our own. Buying coffee is expensive and it's all machine made not authentic coffee. Parking in Switzerland is a big problem, basically every where you park will have to pay and hotel does not supply parking.

Grest price great breakfast. However a few things missing from the room 1. Luggage rack to place your suitcase on to unload clothes, etc. Without it, we had to put our suitcase on the floor which is inconvenient. 2. Shower bar. The shower was nice but slippery. There is no 'grab bar' to hold on to when entering or exiting the tub/shower. This is not safe! 3. Windows should be triple paned on the street side to block out sound. We could hear EVERYTHING from the street and church. Very noisy. 4. We needed to supply our own toiletries. The only bath soaps were hand soap and shower gel (i.e. no shampoo, body lotion, etc). 5. There are no small night lights so when you get up at night, you have to turn on the main lights. 6. It would be nice to have bottled water in the room. 7. Lastly, please check the toilet seal/wax ring for leaks. We definitely smelled drain fumes in the bathroom.

Hotel St Georg was centrally located, its just 5min walkable distance to Bahnhof Einsiedeln. Many restaurants were nearby, rooms were very clean, service was good.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The Abbey is literally steps away. I was staying over Fasnacht weekend and there was excellent communication about the extra noise that would be occurring due to the cultural celebrations. The staff were lovely and I was given some great information about the area and local history at check-in.

Very small room. Hotel has no parking and you have to park in a public parking nearby and to pay only with coins.There is a window between inside room and shower and you can see other person naked when is showering that is a serious violation of private intimacy.

The hotel is fine and conveniently located. Eisiendeln is beautiful. Everything was just ok and there was nothing really wrong however relative to what you get for the price in other European towns of this size you might be disappointed. The room was tiny but clean, good/free wifi, nice breakfast. The decor of the room was more like a dorm room. We just stayed one night passing through on our way to Italy but if I had planned on staying there longer I would have done more research.
