Cherry Feast Resort

It’s a nice, clean property. The staff is also very nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was awesome . Lots of delicious options. The only small complaint I have is that they promised mountain or lake views from the room, and because of the location of the hotel, that is not possible. We were overall very satisfied.

The hotel is right in the center of one of the two cruise hubs. It has it own parking. The breakfast is simple but nice. The facility is clean and its staff is helpful.

I like garden on the roof with lake view. The resort is pretty new and clean.

Staff was not friendly and the most of them were not able to speak English as I have stayed there for 5 days. Also, not value for money.

Quite good stay but recommend to change the shower curtain ... too short where water spills on the whole bathroom floor when you take a shower. but over-all hotel is generally comfortable.

很新 床上用品都很新很干净 早餐还ok 只是吃的人多 但工作人员一直不添加菜 很多次路过但就是不更换新食物 前台工作人员也不热情 跟普遍台湾酒店工作人员差距很大

Good service, great location, standard breakfast fare

The hotel isn't right by the lake but comes with breakfast/parking. There's no view in the room but there's a sky garden for photo opportunities. For a night's stay it's okay for it's price. Overall, I give this hotel a 3-star.

Lovely very accommodating nice breakfast, quiet

The reception made a mistake in the room booking and gave me a street-view room when I booked the lake-view room. But the issue was rectified quickly. Do double check with reception that you are getting the lake-view room if you have booked it. Also, grab the discounted boat tickets from the reception.

Rom is spacious but view is not as good although we have booked the lake view. If the breakfast place is at the balcony on the top floor, it will be better. Currently it is at the basement. Check out time at 11am is a bit early.

We had a great stay at Cherry Feast, the room was great, the view was alright (since it isn't very near to the lake). However the hotel staff attitude and service was a little disappointing.

We wanted to stay a night at Sun Moon Lake and decided to stay at Ita Thao (one of the ferry stops). We came across Cherry Feast Resort and did not regret. It was located a 5 minutes walk away from the Pier and you can get tickets at the resort. Around the hotel are many stalls selling street food, souvenirs and also restaurants. When we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and helpful lady. We couldn't check in yet so she let us store our luggage while we went for the ferry cruise. She also gave us some tips on Sun Moon Lake in general. Rooms were clean and not too cramped. The hotel has a rooftop garden that you can access which gives you great views of the lake and surrounding hills. Our stay also came with a breakfast at the basement of the hotel serving local porridge breakfast. When we checked out, the hotel also helped us to arrange a cab to our next destination to Cing Jing. Would definately recommend this hotel.

The room is clean, bright, spacious and comfy. The staff are friendly and helpful. This place is near shops, restaurants and the jetty.
