We enjoyed our stay here very much. Upon our arrival, a gentleman at the front door directed us to the elevator up to the second floor for check in. We were in a corner room, and it was great. It was spacious, and always kept very clean by housekeeping. It looked like it may have been renovated recently. Breakfast was good. There was some variety during our stay, but there could have been a little more. The fresh pineapple and passion fruit were always great. Every interaction with the staff was perfect. The location is good. It's a nice area to walk around. There is an MRT station about twenty minutes walking. Proximity to the night market and Dihua Street is a plus, too.

Even though the area wasn’t the newest or cleanest, I would argue that it was one of the best neighborhoods in Taipei. It was close to Taipei main station so going to the airport was super convenient. The Datong and Xongshan neighborhoods were also walkable to each other, and they were the two coolest districts in Taipei for shopping and culture. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The corner king suite was spacious and comfortable. The only complaint was that the facilities were kind of old and not as clean as we expected. There was quite a bit of wear and tear and the drapes looked like it needed to be washed. But nothing so bad so we still felt comfortable staying there. Overall, we would stay there again.

Great place to stay if visiting Taipei. Breakfast was good, highly recommended if it is an option. Coffee machines are amazing

Had great staying 3 nights here. Good service from helpful staff. A little far from town center and MRT station. There 's 1 bus stop located opposite to the hotel so we mostly rely on bus traveling around the city. On our first day of arrival, we found some drug on a room floor (from previous guests) and bunch of hair in shower area. So would recommend to improve cleanliness a bit, others is already good!

Nice room, very clean. Impressed. Have stayed 5-6 times many times. The food is delicious but not impressed at all is the porter. Since this trip we have 6 senior people check in to check in at about 8pm The porter has only one person. Once inside the hotel, press the doorbell at the porter. We saw that no one clicked twice. Descending from the fronting front area Then complained that pressing many times, then people would come down the whole building When coming down to the bag, they carried 2 pieces, complaining that it is very heavy. After that it didn't help to lift anymore. We then carry all 12 bags ourselves into the cart and then take the elevator to deliver to the hotel room. Then brought the car down to collect If this is the case, why would there be a porter? Would like the hotel to improve in this area

Nice hotel, great services, fancy breakfast. The only cons is the location is a bit far from mrt station, like 10 min walk to nearest mrt exit. From there you still have to walk another 10-15 min to reach the main station

A great hotel, especially for family with kids. The room is spacious and clean. The location is good, with supermarkets and convenient store around, and the ningxia night market just 5min walk away. A paradise for food lovers. The hotel offers very good breakfast with variety and most importantly, hot coffee from machine 24 hours, free! The staff are nice and helping. Overall, will definitely return once we go taipei again.

The hotel was quite far from metro station, but very close to night market. We got a good service since the first step to the hotel. The breakfast is very excellent. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The receptionist spoke very good English and be able to promptly help us on travelling information and supported us on needed info of airlines.
