Very close to Taipei metro

I had a flight delay and the staff were extremely accommodating and helped adjust my stay. The location is steps away from the MRT, 7-Eleven, and POYA.

Booked 1 night to join the countdown party at Taipei 101. Hotel check in and check out was smooth, room was in good condition, nothing to complain about. Snacks and coffee/tea at the lounge is a bonus as it was late afternoon when we checked in and we hadn't have our lunch. On the same night hotel also prepared snacks, hot food, cup noodles, drinks as a small gesture for NY countdown. Walking distance to Brown line and bus stop from hotel, we even walked back from Taipei 101 after countdown as MRT was crowded, yes it is walkable, about 55 mins.

Its location is perfect for someone doesn’t own a car. There is a decent grocery nearby. A variety of restaurants, bakeries, drugstore and coffee shop all within 3 minutes walking distance. The service was great. The facility is well maintained. I actually booked my second stay there after I returned my China trip.

3 star hotel with a 5 star service. Better service than the 5 star hotel I stayed in Tainan. The staff were extremely helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is hard to get a high rating from me as the standard I set is very high. So believe me this hotel is worth your stay

clean, modern, convenient with plenty eating + shopping options nearby, walking distance to world gym, complimentary coffee/tea/bottled water + snacks with a spacious lounge area, and free laundry facility. very close to TSA (airport).

The staff is friendly and helpful and speaks decent English. The rooms are cleaned everyday and there is not much for breakfast other than soups and coffee but it’s free and cup noodles at night for free as well so that was convenient and there is a 24/7 open 7-Eleven next to the hotel for midnight snacks. Best to book the dates before as the pricing is a bit different for weekends vs weekdays. But still cheaper to book directly from them than booking from Expedia or any other website that I noticed. $97/day from what I remember paying.

Cityinn is very close to an MRT station, very comfortable, and has great amenities. The rooms have a good AC Unit, comfortable beds, and modern, clean bathrooms. We particularly love their lounge where you can get free beverages, occasional snacks, and breakfast cereals. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and also speak English. I 100% recommend staying at Cityinn!

Great service from housekeeping to front desk. I have two issues. One is the bed is not that comfortable. Felt the springs from the mattress. Second, even though the room descriptions had the same square footage, many of the rooms on one side of the building have a small balcony. The rooms on the other side of the building have no balcony. So the rooms with balcony have noticably smaller usable space.

This is really a nice hotel. The rooms, while not huge, are well laid out and quite comfortable. The entire second floor of the hotel it's open space for hotel guests, including very comfortable chairs and sofas, free laundry, and tables, microwaves, plates and utensils, etc. for eating. It’s hard to overstate how handy this is. The hotel is quite new. I was there when the big earthquake struck Hualien, and because the hotel is new and built to modern standards, it handled the quake easily, with no issues. Again, hard to overstate how good that was. The neighborhood is very walkable has tons of restaurants and groceries. And, as others have mentioned, a really convenient transit station.
