The hotel is simple and clean lodging with a perk of the availability of washer and dryer free of charge. It locates across the street from the tram station for easy connection to MRT to get to airport or high speed rail station.

Nice, comfortable hotel for a family with kids. Free washing machines and dryers were very helpful! Room was rather small but clean. Breakfast buffet was pretty basic but good.

中壢駅からとても近く、周辺には様々なお店が並んでいる。JCパークというショッピングモールの上層階がホテルになっており、天候が荒れた場合には建物内のエレベーターで3階、若しくは4階まで降りればフードコートになっている為、食事も問題ない。浴槽が大きく大柄の私でもゆっくりと湯船に浸かる事ができた。

房間是逃生梯及飯店備品間旁的位置，因為隔音不佳，床頭位置整晚一直有固定頻率的噪音，沒辦法好好睡，跟上次來的體驗相比，差很多。房間整潔度及櫃檯服務態度倒是還不錯。

一個由教育部產學合作的旅社，交由民間經營的老旅社，很平民、廉價的裝修與設備，收費卻不廉價，政府只知道收取租金當房東，完全忘了初期經營的理念，有夠扯的！

第一次入住，選擇的房型是豪華四人房，但完全稱不上豪華。浴室非常的小，淋浴間沒有門，只有浴簾，房間沒有什麼走路的空間，第一次遇到四人房空間這麼小的，近四千元的房價個人覺得算貴，比起以前住過的高雄的旅館都還要貴。

剛開始進去時找不到自己入資料，後來經過櫃台人員的協助順利check in.（沒有轉檔）也算虛驚一場。住宿部分，冷氣很健康（調26度，全家都說冷）床是彈簧床，另一半翻身多少還是有一點點影響，但還在容許範圍。這個價格還能附早餐，真的是很佛心。飯店引入自助櫃檯，是很不錯的措施。飯店地點在輕軌旁邊真的很方便，誤打誤撞選到不錯的飯店，整趟旅途都很開心真要說缺點，大概就是地下停車場的下坡真的很陡，停車場的動線比較讓人無所適從。
