Clean, nice location. My only complain is the check in agent overcharged me by NT $1000. He apparently did calculate by using a calculator in deducting the deposit paid incorrectly for the first day of my reservation that I booked directly from their website. I did not notice after I reviewed my confirmation email and have disputed the overcharge through the credit card company. Good thing that I did not use my debit card.

Stayed with my family in Taipei for 4 days. Around 10 mins walk from the train station. The hotel is quite new. We stayed in a tripe bed room. The room is spacious and we like there’s enough space for us to put our luggages and personal belongings. Also the toilet and bathroom is separated which is very convenient. There’s a water dispenser on each floor so we don’t need to buy bottles of water. Staff and friendly and very helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends who will be travelling to Taipei.

Very near to Banqiao Station. The hotel is cozy and have separate shower and WC. Muslim friendly toilet with bidet. Modern fancy concept hotel with spacious room.

Clean rooms, very good location, opposite the hotel is a shopping mall. Below the building there are quite a lot of Family Mart, delicious breakfast. Good service staff, polite. Next trip, if coming to Taipei, will come back to stay again.
