My hotel room looks very new, spacious and very clean. All the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. There were lots of variety for the breakfast buffet. The hotel is only about 7 minutes walk to the train station so it’s quite convenient. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Taipei again:)

Hotel staff are lovely and efficient with check in and check out. Hotel is about 5 mins walk to the nearest MRT station. Room is small but adequate. Ceiling is too low for my liking. Bed is a little too firm.

Overall not a bad hotel. Need to improve some staffs’ attitude. After guest breakfast registration, they should let the guests choose their own seats. It would be nice to have cookies for the coffee time instead of just potato chips and candies.

The room itself was generally clean, large, and great. My only complaint was that the sofa had stains. The property was responsive to emails. The breakfast, which is included, was delicious and had lots of vegetarian options. And when I needed something like lotion or a food bowl, I appreciate that it was delivered quickly, and by a cute robot.

This hotel is very new. Before I came, I had a hard time choosing between hotels and I am super glad I picked this one. This one met all our need. We were out most of the days visiting the city and shopping, so we did not care there is not a swim pool. What we cared most is the condition of the room and breakfast. The room is new and designed to fit modern travels' need (furniture, layout, beds, lighting, electricity outlets etc.). I am a very picky traveler, and I have nothing to complain about the room. Breakfast is good too. It does not have hundreds of options, but it definitely is enough in my opinion. The dining area is pleasant and comfy. Front desk staff members are all very nice. They are always there helping you whenever you need anything. For the extreme hot weather during out stay they sent us extra water before we go out to tour around the city. They utilize robot to deliver stuff to your room which is very fun to watch for my kid. There is not much going on close to the hotel but it is very cheap to get a taxi to go around.

Nice hotel, big room, excellent shower and good breakfast. We found the check-in and check-out quite frosty and there was no apology for the dirty, blood stained duvet cover that had to be changed 3 times (because every replacement was also stained). We weren't even asked how our stay was.
