小而美，又很新，有免費膠囊咖啡可享用。離火車站很近，附近有全聯超市，還有許多餐廳。早上是巨林美而美，老闆會親自送到房間，還有代售景點門票。論缺點是隔音不太好，全館禁煙房但公共陽台可以抽煙，煙味飄進房間感覺不太好。

Muna is relatively new. 9 rooms or so in hotel with lift. Hualien does not seem to have many big hotels. Mostly boutique hotels and dont look new to me. Room size is average with limited walking space. Sufficient space if travelling as a couple with one luggage. Do take note that they do not clean your room. So u empty ur trash but can easily ask for a trash bag from service counter. Breakfast is a sandwich with local red tea. Good enough. There r many good food nearby, so not an issue. Hualien is really easy to explore on foot.

大廳及外觀很有現代輕旅行的感覺，但一進入房內，大大扣分，浴室可能因為無排風設備，洗完澡後，空調開了一晚，整個房間及浴室還是有溼氣味，多處已有黑色霉菌⋯ 房間幾乎無隔音可言，有蜘蛛網🕸️及灰塵隨處可見⋯ 清潔需再加強⋯

飯店服務：大廳房間看起來簡單整潔，飯店人員雖然不在櫃檯，但也指引我們順利入住。飯店停車位：飯店配合的停車位已經沒有位子，所以位置有限。飯店整潔：當天晚上入住後，房間看起來蠻整潔，但廁所出現一隻小蟑螂，當天已經解決掉後，隔天晚上廁所又出現第二隻小蟑螂。毛巾掛在房間內牆壁的衣架上晾乾，隔天要拿來用，蜘蛛在上面怕。飯店共用空間：有膠囊咖啡機，很方便早上喝咖啡的旅客。飯店位置：離花蓮車站很近，用走的也很方便，附近也有許多店家可以覓食。

近市中心，很多食肆在附近，不愁冇嘢食。雖住在三樓，但有電梯，拿行李便沒那么辛苦了，讚！不過有兩點想提議的：1/ 在預訂客房的時候，資料說明是有早餐供應的，我還給他看看資料，但在早上去問早餐的事情，我竟然收到的回應是：網上資料錯誤，已取消了，現在沒有早餐供應了，這不是欺騙，是什么？2/ 我是自駕遊的，當然我會選擇一間有車位的便更好吧，但可惜資料說有車位供應，原來只是泊係附近街边就算，如有什么事故边个負責呢？只是這兩點，希望有所改善就好了。
