非常滿意的飯店，雖然不是在礁溪市區內，但有車就很方便，四通八達的。一泊三食，宵夜和早餐非常豐盛。運動器材很新，還有switch 遊戲，全家人一起玩，渡過融洽的一晚。

山多利大飯店離交流道很近交通很方便主要空間都是原木組成挺有味道房間看出去一片稻田很舒服還有浴缸可以泡湯解壓飯店內部環境舒適有健身房游泳池小孩遊戲室可以投籃打乒乓球前面還有鯉魚可以跟櫃台拿飼料餵食小孩大人體驗都很有趣

原本以為木頭裝潢會很老舊，結果還蠻不錯的。重點房間打掃蠻乾淨的，比很多日本的商務飯店還乾淨，櫃檯跟餐廳的服務人員都很熱心。停車也方便，宵夜也很有誠意，早餐選擇非常多。床是比較有支撐力的，不會陷進去，枕頭高度剛好，一覺到天亮。

除了浴室蓮蓬頭的水太小了..其他都不錯..服務人員服務很好..湯屋雖然小.但泡起來算輕鬆,接近交流道.交通算是方便，離車道的商圈也不遠..

1.住宿有下午茶和宵夜，提供的水果超級好吃，宵夜的粥更是無敵景品，如果有住宿，一定要試一試2.中央空調有煙味，是住宿中最不好的體驗，在意的人要注意3.剩下的住宿狀況都非常好，有時間下次會再入住

這是間老飯店，內部裝潢有翻新，但床墊品質真的有待改善。小冰箱一點都不冰，還有異味。說是間溫泉飯店，但房間浴室的泡澡池散發嚴重的黴味，根本不敢使用，強烈建議加強浴室的清潔。蓮蓬頭水壓超級差，建議更換加壓式蓮蓬頭。
