Great secluded hot spring resort with a very relaxed atmosphere. Everything was great except for the breakfast experience where we had to wait 20 minutes for a seat and didn’t feel relaxed at all. Overall experience was still very positive, nice facilities and great staff, there was even a little fireworks show during our NYE stay.

很舒適的房間，沐浴品是歐萊德品牌還不錯～雖然戶外湯屋要走一段距離，但挺多不同溫度的湯池又新，環境很乾淨，也有簡易健身房跟遊戲室，自助式早餐種類算多，如果有機會會再來往～唯一的缺點是飯店周遭很難覓食，連ubereats都訂不到沒有外送員…

優點: 早餐食材豐盛，裸湯環境很好，住客入住前(13:00)可以提早使用設施，退房後可以延後使用到13:00非常棒。缺點: 房間內的盥洗用品沒有裸湯提供得好，露天風呂的SPA池，漂白水味道太濃(但溫泉與泳池不會)。

硬體設備可以，服務人員有待改進當日入住因有節目拍攝，造成入住體驗極差，尤其在退房時間，節目組堵住飯店大門，飯店服務並沒有協助解決，讓入住的客人在大廳滯留半小時到一小時之久。房間清潔問題有待改善，浴室的出水口堵住洗澡會淹水，雖然服務人員有進房處理，卻也造成不方便整體而言，沒有中or中高價位飯店的品質
