Silks Place Yilan

出色的親子酒店，這是我見過，有歷史的酒店還能打理得這麼好，住進房間一點不覺得不舒適，空間感十足。而且飯店使用上乘的品牌，也十分闊綽，讓客人可以試在地享受親子旅行。 活動內容孩子也十分喜歡。

We had a delightful family stay at this hotel! The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The kids especially loved riding their motor car and bike outside the room walkway—it was such a thoughtful touch for families. The staff’s excellent customer service truly stood out; they were attentive and friendly throughout our stay. However, the cost of the stay was on the higher side, which made it feel less value-for-money. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown, as it looked old and not well-maintained. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was enjoyable, thanks to the family-friendly activities and exceptional service.

Very clean and comfortable. Staffs are so kind and it offers lots kinds of option for the breakfast which is also high quality and yummy.

Very kids friendly

This is a great hotel and staffs were very friendly. Thier breakfast would definitely surprise you. Only a word can describe their food, "Amazing". Can't wait to stay here again next year for our family trip.

The design of the hotel is superb for kids who can drive as much as they like. The staff is helpful and nice. The food is scrumptious. We enjoyed a lot!

Property is linked to a mall with huge supermarket. Plenty of activities for children. Only feedback was bed is too soft. Sleep was uncomfortable

Amazing !!! At first when we arrived by car, we thought this place looks a bit down. Their hotel entrance is very low key, and does not feel grand. you can opt to drop off your luggage and they will deliver to your room. The hotel is next to a shopping mall (literally stuck to it), and parking is plenty (shopping mall). Hotel reception is at 6FL. Once you get to the reception hall - it feels like a proper 5 star hotel. The room and service are just as you expect from a 5 star hotel. We had room with balcony. Must try the Red-lantern restaurant where they serve Yilan's best Roast Duck. Oh, there is also a cinema at the mall. There is a direct access from the hotel - feels like royalty. Last but not least, you can watch all the movies you wanted - for FREE. Just book the tickets with concierge.

The staff are helpful generally. The rug in room needs more attention. The staff did not tell us the bank and shopping mall nearby had foreign exchange service.

Family-oriented 5 star hotel in Yilan. The best things about the stay are the motorised vehicles for kids to drive up to the doorstep, free movies at the cinema and the carstel where you are given a car FOC to drive (condition is you must stay 2 nights). Many other activities for kids and adults. Hotel is linked to Luna plaza with movie theatre.
