Everything is so good. Love the place. If I have to complain one thing, it would be the slippers. The slippers quality is really bad, can’t hardly wear them.

The hotel is very dark, not enough lighting very depressing. Can’t even have enough lighting to put on make up. The ceiling is low, the room is small. The hotel said they wanted to create a relaxing environment by using dimmer lights, well, the whole hotel is dark including the elevator and the lounge area, it is not relaxing it is depressing and compressing. They did mention they have street facing premium rooms which is brighter, maybe next time I can convince myself to give it a try.

The hotel is located at the intersection of two MRT lines, and there are also many bus lines, which are very convenient for transportation. The room comes with a washing machine and microwave, both machines are clean. Enjoy capsule coffee and excellent chinese tea every day.

We got the spa room and the bathtub feature was very nice. Our room was fairly small but comfortable and clean. Hotel hall ways were very dark and reminded me if a gaming hotel. Front desk people were not friendly, strictly business. Location was okay. About a 6-7 minute walk from the MRT. Not that much in the neighborhood.

Don't like the shower area since my room was designed for handicap accessible, there was no shower door and water was flowed to the whole washroom and became very messy

Well located and well priced hotel for a stay in Taipei. 3 mins walk to subway station with many restaurants within 5-10 mins walk. The room size is good for a city like Taipei but probably small by US standard. No minibar charges. Four bottles of water, coffee, snacks are included.
