101 S Hotel

Good hotel, good service and free upgrade to big family room. My kids so enjoy it. Than you very much. I will come back again.

When checking in at 12.00, it is said at 15.00 only to enter the room. I thought maybe the cleaning service section was working. When I entered my room at 19:00, it turned out the room had not been cleaned even very dirty. When complaining, the cleaning service came to the room & want to clean. We asked to change rooms but the cleaning service department said there were no rooms. When we complained to the receptionist and asked them to see the condition of our room, finally replaced with another room. Why can our answers be different ??? Frankly, the photo of the room displayed in the online application does not match reality. We are very sorry to choose this hotel. Service is also bad & unfriendly. We felt cheated & disappointed.

The bed is comfortable with 4 pillows. I like it. The hotel is not far from Ximen. Keep walking until reaching the hotel The lift is a bit too small. Standing with the bag already full of space The other thing is that the bathroom is warm, but the water leaks out of the bathroom all the time. Should improve here. Good price, comfy, clean, nearby Ximen MRT (Exit 6) 350 m., near shopping street Ximending, near 7-11 but too thin pillows (it's not a comfortable position for the neck).

Front desk staff could not communicate well when I asked for direction. It’s about 5-10 minutes walk from Xi Men station which I found quite inconvenient given the route with heavy traffic and narrow walkways. Air conditioning in the room was not functional . And I had to ask for a switch of room. Assigned another room and the room was covered with odor, probably came from the carpet or windowless room. The linen was stained with blood only after second day I found out and the hotel staff was in a state of indifference and did not even mean any sorry. Called to front desk to ask for iron but I was slapped with “Not available at the moment as it has been borrowed”. The environment just didn’t feel right to have a pleasant stay, especially if one decides to have more than a night stay there.

Accommodation is in a good location, clean. There is bread, tea, coffee to eat at the lobby all the time. There is bottled water for the number of people, soft mattress, warm water, fast heating, cold air

Room size is OK, not wide, not too beautiful, decorated in the hotel, not very far, about 400 meters, have tea, coffee, free bread. Recommended.

The hotel is very comfortable. Like in the picture There are drinks such as coffee, cocoa and bread all the time. Very tasty. If next time you have a chance to travel again, still want to stay here again.

Simple and functional room :) Consider clean and tidy.

Once go in the room have few mosquitoes flies over, and I guess the bed sheet is dirty or something insect

Good location near MRT station and ximending night market. The room size is very limited and not soundproof. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. No breakfast but the provide free coffee and bread at lobby.

The room is very good and not too far from the MRT. The hotel has free bread to eat for 24 hours. 7-11 is opposite the hotel, very convenient.

The room had no windows and smelled of camphor. I got sick because of it.

Sounds the sound of vehicles on the street from inside the room ... the sound from the next room also sounds ... standard food. For cleanliness No service too. Location to MRT and kemen night market close by. For free refill drinks as much ... coffee is the same. If you run out of the way back to the hotel can grab a drink in a place that is provided without pay.
