Hotels in Khon Kaen Shopping Center

The location was good and the price was pretty reasonable. Cafe at the lobby is closed permanently but is allowed to sit as a lobby area. Overall an OK place.

First night was shocked. My baby had best time in the bathtub suddenly the clear water turned to brown, muddy pool water and all decorations so scary. Next morning, we wanted to go Khon Kaen Shrine then front officer suggested us to walk due to there is no parking lots but we found big parking lots just closed by the shrine. It was KK so happenings.

It was ok, nothing special. Room was small and comfortable and clean. Bed comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Air conditioning was cold. Staff were pleasant.

Bad service. The bathroom was unclean. But good location.

Checked in late, and the staff at reception were expecting us. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood - I went for a walk in the morning and found a lot of breakfast and coffee options nearby. One small surprise - not an issue really, just strange: the key deposit was the same amount we paid for the room. I'm sure there's a reason for that, but it was weird nonetheless. The hotel was half empty, yet we were given a room on the ground floor with the garbage bins right outside the window. Again, not a complaint, just an observation. On the flip side, the bed was extremely comfortable, so we slept like a couple of babies.

The hotel had some kind of seminar going on in their conference room and the speaker was using a microphone that was so extremely loud that his voice projected throughout the entire hotel. Even when in my room I was unable to hear the TV or relax and had to spend the entire day outside. I complained to the front desk and they wouldn't do anything about it. The conference lasted from 8am until 5pm.
