The customer booked for 1 person, therefore, they must pay an additional 400 baht for the buffet breakfast for 1 person ^><* Additional question: Is the price different for sure? The problem is, on the check-in day, the staff saw how many customers were staying but did not inform us that the booking was made incorrectly. However, they did not complain and gave us 2 coupons as usual. Deducting points for the staff who looked like a punk on the morning of August 4th for not checking the number of guests properly beforehand. They kept making us pay for an additional head of food, even though whether there was 1 or 2, the room price booked was the same.

The hotel should be full of guests during the Koh Loi Fire Festival. The service in the breakfast room was not in time at all. The hotel couldn't cope. Most are Thai people. The management system is very bad. The night parking lot is very dark and is all outdoors. The check-in time management system is very long. Arrived at 2:00 p.m. and got the key at 5:00 p.m. There were a lot of customers standing in line to check in because there were only 2 officers. We reserved a suite room. There is no TV in the bedroom. There is a picture posted at the end of the bed that I just found. When inquiring, the staff informed that the hotel has now removed all TVs in the bedrooms. Only the living room TV remains. We go to the service to relax. I think that a TV in the bedroom is very important because customers will probably want to lie down and watch TV comfortably on the bed rather than sitting on the sofa.

There are few employees, which makes the breakfast table crowded, there are many people staying, and the parking lot is tight.

At that time, we sat and waited for about 20-30 minutes before we could check in and enter the room. When checking in, we had already informed the staff that in our booking we had reserved a double bed. The staff gave me a single bed room. But informed that you can enter the room immediately. In the room were twin beds joined together. I'll have the housekeeper go up and make a double bed for you. When entering the room, we went to check the bed and found that it was a single bed that could not be separated. So I used the phone in the room to call the front desk. Called many times, no one answered. Coincidentally, a butler came and rang the doorbell to give me a towel. So I informed the butler to contact him. The butler promised to inform But it disappeared as before. Didn't receive any contact about changing rooms or how to help. In the end, it was us who had to follow up on the matter ourselves at the front. However, once the matter was reported The staff acted immediately and did their best to help. Until we stayed in the double bed room as we had originally reserved. But the room lacked towels and some toiletries anyway. As for the room, I was very impressed. When I saw the room I was relieved from the chaos when I checked in. The view was very beautiful, the cover was comfortable, the bed was soft, and the facilities were complete. But the floor is still not as clean as it should be. Including the higher floors, the wifi is quite weak to the point of not being able to connect at all. As for breakfast, there is a lot of variety. I was very impressed with the bread. It was very delicious. But I was a bit confused when looking for a table to sit because there were quite a lot of guests. But the table attendant tried his best to help. As for the parking, it was thought that it was not enough for the number of guests staying, so it was full of parking in front of the hotel. Sometimes you have to drive up and park on the grass in front of the hotel. If the hotel has a way to make parking better, it will make the hotel look better and more organized. Overall, if the hotel improves management such as check-in to have enough staff. Availability of rooms for service Cleanliness of the room, parking, and having the staff able to deal with Crisis Management and having a better service mind would be excellent. If anyone wants to stay, that's OK. But take it easy when checking in and take care of the management a little bit. Other than that, it's okay. The rooms are very beautiful and comfortable.

Can't complied to 5 stars hotel and some staff forgot Bath towel on the basin.

The hotel is on the main road, easy to find. Even though it's not next to the sea, the view is very beautiful. The atmosphere is good and feels like Muji. Breakfast has a variety and is always replenished.

Quiet, complete and delicious breakfast, good view, clean room, sleep well.

เข้าพักวันพุธรู้สึกว่าอาหารเช้าจะ นัอยกว่าวันศุกร์ วันเสาร์อาทิตย์แล้วก็สระน้ำเขียวมากๆ เสียดาย ห้องไม่ค่อยเรียบร้อยเท่าไหร่แต่ก็ชอบบรรยากาศ โดยรวมก็ดีแต่ไม่ได้ดีมาก

มีผลไม้ออกในส่วนอาหารเช้า แตงโม สับปะรด แคนตาลูป อาหารเช้า ถ้าออกที่ชั้น3 จะออกมาดูดีกว่าชั้น1 เข้าใจในจำนวนแขกมากและน้อย แต่อาหารควรไม่ต่างกันมาก

โดยรวมราคากับสิ่งที่ได้ถือว่ารับได้ หากเพิ่มเติมในบางจุดจะดียิ่งขึ้น โลชั่นที่เคยมีให้มาครั้งนี้กลับไม่มี ,รองเท้าที่ใช้ใส่ในห้องนอนควรมีให้ลูกค้า Bedroom shoes/slipper, ผงซักฟอกสำหรับซักผ้าใส่ซองในปริมาณที่พอเหมาะ อาหารเช้าควรมีผลไม้ให้ลูกค้า เช่น แตงโม มะละกอ สับปะรด คงไม่เป็นการเพิ่มต้นทุน จนไม่สามารถ ให้ได้ (มาใช้บริการหลายครั้งแล้ว)

คือเชคอินบ่ายสอง แถวคือยาวมาดไม่มีการจัดการที่ดี เชคอินเสร็จไม่สามารถเข้าห้องพักได้ต้องรอก่อน คือรอสัก 1-2 ชั่วโมงก็ไม่แจ้ง แต่ๆๆๆ รู้ไหมได้เข้าพักกี่โมง 18.30 จร้า แถมห้องก็ยังไม่เรียบร้อย ผ้าเช็ดเท้าก็ไม่มี ขอไปก็รอนาน โทรหาไม่มีคนรับ พื้นหินสระว่ายน้ำคมมากเด็กโดนเป็นแผลติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมไม่ได้ อาหารเช้าออกช้า ไม่เหมือนที่รีวิว แต่ ห้องสวยจริง แต่บริการแย่ ก็ไม่ดีนะคะ หวังว่าคงเป็นประโยชน์น๊า

Check in ช้ามาก เจ้าหน้าที่โรงแรมไม่อยากบริการลูกค้า ห้องไม่พร้อมแล้วอ้างว่าระบบมีปัญหา จริงๆ คือยังทำความสะอาดไม่เสร็จ (Check in ตอน 2 ทุ่ม) ให้คนละห้องกับที่จองไป (ให้ห้องที่ถูกกว่า) ไม่ประทับใจเลย แย่มาก
