Hotel near and have access to the beach. Very good location at Samila Beach. Breakfast was good and halal. Staff very friendly even they don't understand English, they show effort to assist. Their bellman, Mr. Zakaria was very nice and helpful plus can speak Malay fluently. Unfortunately, our air conditioner was leaking but their maintenance and housekeeping take fast action to fix it. Thank you, will definitely repeat this hotel.

The room is very old, blowing my hair, the shower is broken, the tub is broken, the stuff is old, the service is very old. The hotel looks horrible, not suitable for a single guest But the breakfast is delicious, the sea view is good

Check-in has a problem. We tried to file proof of booking with the employee. We say that the book comes with a show. No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, just The staff told me why I did not say that I booked through this website. I did not find it and made a personal comment that the hotel was 1600 per night.

The location is strategic. Near the restaurants, near the golden mermaid statue, near the beach. The staff was very friendly but hardly understand english. The restaurant serves halal food, the price for foods are not expensive. Recommended place to stay.

I requested to be placed at rooms that have strong WiFi connection. But still, I cannot connect to the WiFi and IF the WiFi connected, the connection is so slow. We had to go to the lobby, which is still poor strength..
