Stayed at Chiang Mai Hill for four nights The last day when the store is going to check out, it turns out that the speaker is missing. Bose soundlink mini2 When informing the check-in counter, the staff just call the housekeeper to ask. The head of the housekeeper said that no one will take it. That's it. There is nothing but responsibility.

The room is very clean. Good service staff But the bathroom door is difficult to open and closed. The room is not soundproof at all. On the night of sleep, there is a mosquito spray at 2 am, very loud.

Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, but the walls are not soundproof. From the hotel check-in point to the building side, it's a fairly long walk. Fitness, swimming pool in different places (different buildings). There is a deposit of keycard and key deposit for 250 baht per room. Additional, good service staff.

The first day I arrived in Chiang Mai, I booked the hotel through the app, but I paid the wrong amount. Therefore didn't get a booking ticket When telling the staff at the hotel Didn't have any coordination to help at all Instead told to contact each other by themselves The first day made me not as impressed as other places. Finally, have to open a new room again but the agent can coordinate until get the room booked, finally get 2 rooms 😅
