ห้องพักสะอาดใช้ได้คุ้มราคา มี lobby สวยงาม มีลิฟให้บริการ ใกล้ 7-11 และอยู่ในซอยที่มีสถานบันเทิงมากมาย ใกล้ตัวเมือง ไปมาสะดวกครับ

ทุกอย่างดีหมดเลยค่ะ ทำเลดีสะดวกสบาย ที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง ห้องสะอาด สบาย ทีวีต่ออินเตอเน็ต แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ แต่อยากให้ทางโรงแรมปรัปปรุงอย่างนึงค่ะ เรื่องพนักงานต้อนรับ ไม่ยิ้มไม่ทักทายสวัสดีหรือขอบคุณใดๆ ไม่มีการแนะนำลูกค้าที่มาพัก สังเกตุว่าเป็นกับลูกค้าทุกคน จะบอกว่าพนักงานต้อนรับเป็นส่วนนึงของการสร้างความประทับใจนะคะ ถึงราคาห้องงพักจะราคาไม่แพง แต่ยังไงคุณก็ควรจะมีจิตใจที่อยากจะบริการบ้าง ฝากไว้แค่นี้ค่ะ สรุปที่พักดีมาก แต่ไม่ประทับใจพนักงานค่ะ

พื้นที่ตั้งดีหาง่าย มีที่จอดรถแต่ถ้าคนเยอะก็ต้องหาจอดแปะๆซ้อนๆกันบ้าง ตัวสถานที่สวยงาม พื้นที่เล็กๆแต่ดูอบอุ่นสวยงาม ห้องพักโอเค สะอาดเรียยร้อย ดี แต่ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีบ้างที่มีรอบคราบนิดหน่อย รงมๆคือดีมากๆๆราคาดีด้วย ไว้ไปอีกแน่นอน อยุ่ไม่ไกลจากทะเลมากด้วย

ผ้าขนหนูคือเหม็นอับไม่ไหว ขอเปลี่ยนแล้วก็เหม็น เหมือนอบมา แล้วพับเลย ไม่ได้ตาก เหม็นแบบไม่กล้าเช็ดหน้า

บรรยากาศดี แอร์เย็นฉ่ำ แต่จะได้ยินเสียงเปิดประตูจากห้องอื่นๆหน่อยแต่ไม่เป็นปัญหามาก พนักงานต้อนรับยิ้มแย้มดี แนะนำเลยครับ

พนักงานทำงานไม่เป็น จองอยู่ต่อห้องเดิม แต่พนักงานกลับย้ายห้อง เพราะบอกมีคนจองแล้ว ไม่เข้าใจว่า ทำไมไม่เอาลูกค้าใหม่ ไปห้องนั้นแทน กลับย้ายเราไป ต้องมาวุ่นวายยกของเปลี่ยนห้อง ทั้งที่ห้อง type เดียวกัน

Stayed in this hotel all the time while traveling to Rayong for 2 years. We let some small problems pass but... This time I was quite disappointed. About the bathroom Because the bathroom where we stayed was full, we informed the staff. His younger brother told us to try to flush the water often. It's like you're trying to check if you really pressed the water and it wouldn't go down or not. He said..I didn't see anyone reporting that the toilet was full. We talked about many sentences. We started to get angry so we said If you don't believe the toilet is full, come up and see for yourself. So he asked us to come down and get the key ourselves. in order to change the room We even begged and informed that we were not properly dressed to bring the keys to us. The only clothes we brought were clothes to wear to work tomorrow and pajamas. After a while, he opened another room for us and knocked on the door. Told us to move to the opposite room. Then she walked away. We had to take the key to the room we were staying in. Come use it to turn on the lights in a new room. Because she didn't put the key in the new room, the light went out...all of this is a service matter. Another thing is...before, the towels had a nice smell, but today (due to having noticed many times) there is a smell like odor. Kind of undesirable, like it's still being washed. This time is really awesome.
