Jirana Patong

Jirana was a lovely place to spend a week. Our Host Celine was exceptional. Friendly, always happy to help with transport and dining options and a great communicator. We stayed in the Baby Jane villa. The views were exceptional!! The private pool fantastic. The master suite was amazing, but the second bedroom was very small and really only suitable for a single or children. Probably the main disadvantage is the position of the Villas. It is on top of a very big, steep hill. Fine to walk into Patong (25-30minutes), but it's a taxi ride back. But great if you want some exercise! Patong is very expensive relative to the rest of Thailand. All in all the villa had everything we need. Though the motorbikes in the streets are very noisy!

We stayed in the heart villa #44. There are only great things i can say about this property. Pictures online dont do this villa any justice. A must see and a must book. You wont be disappointed. Celine the property manager was by far the best to work with. Always there to help. We will be back one day and i hope Celine is still here. She helped make it an unbelievably amazing stay. 5 stars worth every penny.

Magnificent views back to Patong Beach. Far enough away, so very quiet. Villa staff were so friendly and helpful!! Made all our bookings thru the villa management, made life easy. Coming home after a big (hot) day to have a swim in our own pool was magic. Loved it, would book again.

Our family had a great time here. Transportation was easy and inexpensive for us. The staff was great, the manager very helpful and made sure we were happy. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant and welcoming!

We stayed at Jane heart for 4 night? with the beautiful will of Patong beach. The villa located at the hill side just 10 mins drive from the beach front. The staff very helpful and big thanks to the property manager that always be there when we need anything. If have chance we definitely comeback again.

Good view, clean and silent area. Slight distance from town but can order bolt to fetch u to town.

The views where out standing and Dean was very helpful. Would go back again.

very nice and spacious property set in Tri-Trang area, which is a bit out of the way from Patong Central. a bit dated in terms of the hardware, such as the deep cold pool and the old styled power points. Best part of the stay experience is the awesome service, particularly by manager Dean.

This was a lovely villa, just far enough away from the craziness of Patong beach, but close enough for getting into town. The manager was really helpful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this ‘resort’ to anyone.

Nice big place for a big group. Easier if you are staying a longer period of time where you can really use the kitchen and plan your party. Not suitable for a short stay, and it is far from the beach and you need to call a cab that will cost around 250 baht to get to the beach each way. Dean the manager is excellent in making things right and helping whenever needed.

Our trip to Thailand was amazing! We stayed at Jirana Patong. The location was great! Near beaches and a short ride to Bangla Road. The Villa Manager, Dean, was an amazing host. Great recommendations, communication, and anything we needed he was there to assist the 6 of us. I would definitely stay and recommend staying at Jirana Patong when visiting Phuket, Thailand.

The Villa is a great place for family. We stayed in chain select. Master bedroom upstairs with an amazing bedroom suite and bathroom. The main floor was the kitchen family room dining room and the swimming pool private. Downstairs were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Really great facility. Dean the villa manager was absolutely amazing. He helped us to make reservations. He helped us to order fast food pizza online. He helped us to get to the local restaurant and Camille store. He is an absolute treasure and made staying at the Villa accolade experience. The Villa is about 20 to 25 minute walk from the beach. So it’s a bit far. We took Taxi‘s when I went to the beach. It cost about $10 USD each way. It’s quite hilly up and down to the beach. If there is a local pizza restaurant nearby that is terrific. Also a local convenience store to get waters sodas food etc. Overall an amazing village. Would be nice if it was a bit closer to the beach, but it was a great stay for us and Dean was absolutely the best manager.

Our stay at Jirana was truly memorable partly because of the villa itself and the amazing views it offered of Patong Beach and the other amenities (pool, spacious rooms, etc) that were impeccably maintained by the courteous staff, but largely because of the tireless hospitality of the resort manager, Dean. From the moment we walked in to the hour we left, Dean had us covered-- his attention to detail ensured that we had the best transportation arranged to take us around (ask for Sakarin, the best driver on the island), and that our stomachs were filled with the best local fare--sumptuous and reasonably priced. Dean and his staff made sure our stay was thoroughly enjoyable and, though we've been to Phuket several times before, we will not hesitate to stay at Jirana on all our future visits! A very positive experience all around!
