Since the first day of stay Arrival, amenities are not ready. Because it is low season, less guests, close the restaurant, the on-site bar or the customer service department should inform the customers before staying and make reservations. Good view, good room, extra hard bed. I couldn't go to sleep the first night. Once there is another piece of cloth to support, it's still a little better. I'd like to emphasize the news notices before staying better. Information should be better than this. Find hard to eat. Must go somewhere else to eat. Understand. Some people don't want to go anywhere. Want to stay in one place, finish as the website says. Thank you. Warm care.
