Staff was very accommodating and friendly,rooms were nice and clean. Very good location,close to everything going on,Jung Ceylon Mall,beach, Bangla strip, restaurants and massage great experience!!

Noise from the main street 24x7. Hookers and drunks all night long to 6 AM making loud noises and partying.

Receptionist couldn’t speak English!, very noisy late at night with a street bar operating all night with no respect for guests in the next door hotel!

The room was very small and there was things that needed to be fixed in the room. I guess you get what you pay for it serve the purpose.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and very close to Bangla (walking street) and Patong beach. 7/11 across the road. Rooms are equipped with hair dryers, fridge and good A/C. Printing facilities in the lobby with friendly staff to help you. This is a good 3 star room.

Look. This place is what is says. It is a decent place for what your paying for. The place is not brand new but not old and busted up. It is clean and has a big room and separate bathroom, a desk to study, fridge and kettle and good storage area for clothes and TV. There is also a small table to eat on. I was on the 3rd floor and it had a small lift which can take 2 people - handy for taking heavy suitcases which a lot of the other hotels in this price range don't. Breakfast was included and there were different options. You can hire 3 types of scooter (1-300cc) starting at 200 baht/day and i found this to be an awesome part of the trip - so many places to go with a scooter and theres peace of mind knowing your bringing it back with you and picking it up from your own hotel. The place has a small restaurant and mini bar and if thats not enough there nice Thai restaurants, bars and the beach within 5-10min walking distances. Junceylon shopping centre is just up the road. Massages close by too. It is close to the night life - however not so close that the room is unbearably loud. There is adequate privacy Sometimes you will here some sounds coming but I was able to sleep without any problems. Good for what your paying for. Staff can help you book trips and excursions and seemed like very nice people. If your chasing 5star accomm this isn't it - but this is a more than decent motel style place close to patong beach. B+ overall

Right near the heart of Patong but still quiet at night. Not the newest or cleanest but comfortable stay.
