There is no tolerance, no sense of humanity. I do not like this hotel. I have booked and paid for 5 rooms 3 nights at this hotel for this February trip. But we decided to cancel the trip as a result of the corona virus outbreak in Thailand. We are forced to do this. In such a situation the hotel chooses to maintain its money rather than prioritizing customer safety. They refused to provide a refund policy in this matter. Hotels like this want how good is also not suitable to be occupied.

Dear Surjon, We are truly sorry. We are part of a hotel group with 15 hotel all over Thailand. We have a clear guideline on refund and in this case we can not do anything. But we have offered to extend the check-in date to a later date and we are very happy to do that for you. There are only few bookings that decided not to come and extend the date to within 6 months. We have no refund neither no-show on our bookings. All the guests who are not confident in the Corona situation all change their check-in dates already. Please let us know if you would like to postpone your arrival date. We will make an exception on your case even though it’s already pass your check-in date.
