The resort offers chargeable shuttle services from/To Krabi Airport to the resort, or from the pier to the resort, and guests who wish to use the service must make an arrangement and confirmation with the resort in advance. Kindly contact the resort directly for further details.Please note that the hotel does not accept a third party credit card for any bookings. The name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the property upon check-in.

Best hotel to stay on Railey beach. All staff are well trained and helpful. Efficient and professional services. The view is stunning. This is my 4th time staying with this hotel and I will come back again.

The accommodation is right on the beach. Good service, very cool air, there is a boat to and from Ao Nam Mao pier. The parents are very impressed. Definitely come back.

The room is not yet ready when it's time for check-in, but please do not check-out. Return journey must be booked in advance. Was not notified by the staff Until almost falling off the device Having to pay for the boat, taxi back by ourselves. The staff can only say "Sorry". Service recovery is terrible. Does not solve any problems. Keep saying sorry
