The first day, I slept in a room where the air conditioner wasn't cold, the water wasn't warm, the wifi didn't work, and there was no phone in the room. Very bad. Until I was able to change rooms, it was the second night, which cost me a room upgrade fee for 2 nights, but I couldn't sleep the first night.

เช็คเอาท์ไปตอนประมาณ 7 โมงกว่าๆ ทางแม่บ้านได้ตรวจห้องก่อนออกมาและแจ้งว่าเรียบร้อยแล้ว พอประมาณ 10 โมงกว่าๆ ทางรีสอร์ทโทรมาแจ้งว่าแก้วไวน์ในห้องหาย1ใบ ทางเราบอกว่าวางไว้บนโต้ะข้างทีวีไม่เห็นหรอคะ ทางรีสอร์ทก็บอกว่าเดี๋ยวไปดูใหม่ จนตอนนี้ 13.00 แล้ว แต่ทางรีสอร์ทไม่ได้โทรมาแจ้งอะไร คาดว่าน่าจะเจอแล้วรึเปล่า แนะนำว่าถ้าตรวจห้องก่อนออกและมีการแจ้งว่าเรียบร้อยแล้วไม่ควรโทรมาถามอะไรแบบนี้นะคะ เพราะทางเรารู้สึกไม่ดีค่ะ

The room is not clean and so noisy from the upper room all day all night since I checked-in till checked-out I cant sleep all night , very bad experience with this resort 😣

The room is very clean, beautiful, with good views, the air at night and morning. Very cool, almost no need to turn on the air conditioner to sleep, so very impressed. The staff are in good service. Suggest tourist attractions and provide maps as well If there is a chance to go again Would definitely choose to stay here

The accommodation is beautiful and clean, but I highly recommend the price during the high season. The price is much higher than the low season. The value is compared to the place with the price. It feels inappropriate. Since there are not many places to walk And the view looks out not so refreshing as the dry grass. The room does not keep the sound, can hear the talking people, walking the geckos all night. And check in at 3 pm is considered very slow. The staff are very good. Polite, lovely with customers who come to stay. Thank you. Breakfast has many options, it is very ok. Would like to deduct only the price points
