The Orchid Hotel and Spa Kalim Bay

The problem in this hotel is water.

The building was old no elevator but room quit big. No water available, need to pay for 22 bath per bottle.

Poor since I saw that one was very lonely. The TV didn't watch for a while and then turned off and the burning smell followed. The location is true to the view but the bedroom floor does not sweep. The blanket is both smelly and itchy. Has informed the staff at Robbie But in booking the condition is that the room cannot be changed or refunded, must endure that foul Meaning that the wood has to fall asleep The room is not as beautiful as in the picture. It's dark and dull. The counter at night does not turn on the light. Cannot order hotel food on the day of check-in because the kitchen is closed. Bathroom is old and we couldn’t even close the door of the one in our hotel room. On the 2nd day the substitute receptionist was drunk and couldn’t even check in their guests properly. They overcharged us for scooter rental as well and disregarded the special request we made during the booking.

In front of the hotel is the landfill so it is very foul, the staff is not enthusiastic. Walkway is small, there are no machine months. Especially in a very dirty room, the floor is like a fat layer, seeing clearly the stains are not wiped, wc is more dirty, when I complain to the hotel, I can send 1 staff up ... extremely bad attitude uncomfortably saying that the stains could not be cleaned but in fact they were the stains of bath soap, I had to clean the rag myself, then the staff could clean it, but just wiped and spoke loudly in the dialect uncomfortable. The bedroom is lovely. Sleep is very good. But the bathroom is dirty and very old

The hotel is very dark because the boss is trying to keep the electricity, no elevator as well. Kind of scary, no water at the toilet .
