Stayed for 2 nights for a business trip. Overall it is a good hotel. It is newer than the near Centara. Clean room with professional staff. Sadly they do not have proper gym room. Centara gym is much more satisfying. Room soundproofing is not as good as the other hotel

The staffs are helpful. The hotel is clean and convenient. It is not far to walk to UD Town. However, at night, there are people walking on the floor of the room talking loudly. You can hear them clearly in the room, which is very disturbing to sleep. I woke up with a start several times.

The staff didn't smile. Looks not friendly, service is not very reluctant, do not know what to do for work and like to look at stretches. First time going to stay in April, I like it all. Okay, decided to stay again two weeks ago. Tell me that it's not okay Probably not again with this hotel, but the housekeeper and the porter service are very good, smiling, friendly conversation. Try to smile 🙂 Have a good day. Hope you remember this message.
