Great setting and design integrated in the forest. We went for the deluxe rooms as we travelled as a family. They were nice and spacious enough, although they lacked some basic amenities like a towel rack. Service was below expectations. Not enough staff, and most seemed disinterested.

I did enjoy my time at Island Escape Burasari but found there were a few issues. The room was beautiful but lacked space for clothes etc to be put away. Has a small hanging rack and 2 small draws. Ended up living out of the suitcase. Service was good but there was a serious language barrier. The staff know very little English. But they were all polite as they nodded their heads at you in confusion. Food was all good through all restaurants and had a great selection. None of my family got sick at all. Great spot to stop, switch off and relax. Not a lot of entertainment provided, you have to make your own fun.

An amazing experience, a little expensive if not all inclusive but honestly had an amazing time. Walls a little thin so can hear other rooms.

This place is heaven!! You aren’t gonna want to leave I promise you that. Away from anything when everything. This is a destination for people that wanna totally disconnect and relax near a Pool. You’ll be driven around golf carts and it’s a large property so if you have a hard time walking for whatever reason this may not be the place for you. Definitely destination for honeymooners, or people trying to get away from the hustle and bustle of Thailand!
