It was my second time staying at W Koh Samui since my honeymoon 10 years back - this time, with my daughter as well. Staffs were super fantastic and supportive and overall quality of facilities was also great. I would absolutely stay again when I visit Koh Samui in near future. Highly recommended for family vacation, honeymoon or short getaway with your friends.

We booked this hotel for my wife's birthday,
we paid thousands of dollars in advance (~8K $), a week before our holiday we had a tragedy in our family ( my brother in law had passed away from a sudden illness ).
I cancelled my vacation and ask the hotel to consider the family tragedy and refund my vacation or at least reschedule it.
ooh ,they used very polite language but bluntly refused to give me any of my money back.
So they might be a Fancey hotel but with zero compassion and all their fancy language is a façade to their greed.

We had a wonderful time although some days were rainy.

Stayed at this hotel for few nights as a family of 4 in 2 rooms and really enjoyed it. Each room has its own pool which is wonderful, the beach is very exclusive and you can watch the sunset with a cocktail in hand. Breakfast was superb and staff very friendly.
Only issue we found was the limited choices of restaurant since they are a bit short staffed, and the only restaurant available for the evening was rather pricey, but on the flip side it “forced” us to explore restaurants outside the resort

VILLA: LOVED IT! So modern and spacious with lots of personality. Pops of color and fun details. Comfortable, clean, great living space and bathroom; great toiletries and linens; clean, big pool and green space.
LOCATION: golf buggy avail for movement around property.
25 min from USM, 10min to Fisherman’s Village (300-400baht). Free shuttle available from hotel.
PROPERTY: beautifully maintained property. Great views, design, modern. Beach set up comfortable but steep dip into ocean. Great common areas, but spent most of our time in the Villa.
FOOD: Fresh, inviting, delicious breakfast buffet with excellent service (a special thank you to Rainy!) Many Western and Asian options.
STAFF: incredible team!! Every department was very personable and warm. (Thank you Mr BIG!)
BONUS:
- sweet spots; complimentary ice cream and beverage
- Complimentary cell phone for information, contacting hotel, local/international calls
- ECO FRIENDLY! Glass bottles and paper straws, well done!

Spectacular experience, the service is the best and fast, the staff is very respectfully and friendly, the food is delicious, the installations, spa, bars, beach, restaurants are all breath taking, the rooms are very spacious with gorgeous views, great design with outdoor pool, plenty of closet space.
